The condition of the room was fine, and the staff was super nice. The service itself wasn't so good. I requested several times for someone to come help me with the safe inside the room, and no one came up to help me even though they said they would. I also reported the phone inside the room didn't work on the first night, and they also didn't fix it. The rooms don't have an iron to iron your clothes, you have to do this on a separate floor they have. Sometimes they would last a couple of days to change towels.

Good hotel. Conveniently near airport. Restaurant is ok but not top notch for a four star hotel.

For a work stay, it's good. Nothing too luxurious, but convenient and well located.

Aircon remote did not work so we had a really warm night. Area is very close ot SDU so if your purpose is to be near the airport, this is a place to stay. Area is not for tourists to walk around.

This is the third time that I use this hotel, the previous two were fine, and that´s why I came back, but probably I will not come back again. The restaurant service was bad, find a clean table was not easy, some menu options unfortunately were really bad, there were problems with the air condition, the bathroom (although they solved) and the surrounding are not the best, people kept warning you about security issues.

Too noisy, near domestic airport and the staff were very rude.

Clean modern room, easy check in, convenient foot bridge to airport for early AM flight, caught easy after waking up only two hours before the flight. Nice shower, high quality soap and conditioner.

Likes: Room and bed was comfortable, nice size. Internet was a good speed. Dislikes: Hair on the shower wall, No adapters availablefor Brazilian electrical plugs, no USB plugs for charging cell phones, Staff was not very helpful - I asked for an iron, it was never delivered. I asked for late check out at 2PM instead of 12 noon and was told I'd have to pay for a half day extra. ( I declined) Property was not fully booked, so asking for a late checkout should not require paying a half day. Staff didn't go out of their way to accommodate, just did the bare minimum, No smiles, just plain faces with no emotion. Very rare to see this in Rio. Overall, it was just a one day layover and place to lay my head, but next time I'd stay at the Prodigy hotel on the other side of Santos Dumont airport where the Customer service is much better and the connected Bossa Nova mall and food options are excellent.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Novíssimo! O atendimento é impecável, destacando a recepcionista Dandara e Larissa, hiper simpáticas e prestativas. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Farto em frutas e pães. Recomendo muito!
