Compact room and walkable from shinsaibashi.

Clean, comfortable, close to everywhere, opposite the hotel there is a 7/11.

Strategic location. Only 9 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi. In front of the hotel there is 7eleven, Recommend to choose this hotel. The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel room.

Just so-so quality of room compare to Apa hotel.

The housekeeping seems wasn't optimize in preparing and cleaning the room for the new check-in guests, the bathtub 's drainage in our room wasn't working properly (blocked drainage). We complained to the in-charge front office staff (Arthur) and he was very responsive and took immediate action to solve the issue by exchange our room. Thank you Arthur! ☺.

Hotel sangat dekat dengan subway. Kamar yg saya pesan itu triple bed tapi di suruh membayar untuk anak karena saya pesan di tulianya untuk 2 dewasa. Tapi tidak masalah. Smua aman dan nyaman. Hanya memang kamar hotel nya kecil.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Very close to Nagahoribashi Station (Exit 5A) and the Dotonbori area. At the hotel there is an Indonesian receptionist who is very helpful in serving Indonesian hotel guests.

3Rd time staying in this hotel when visiting Osaka. There 's 7/11 in front of this hotel, also nearby an elevator that connect to underground passage that connect to subway stations. Across the street (big intersection with traffic lights) there 's Yoshinoya restaurant, but I recommend the one next to it, called Machikadoya. Walking distance to Dotonbori area. Have coin laundry next to receptionist. English speaking receptionist, and some are foreigner to my surprise.

Near the station, complete facilities even though the room is Japanese standard but overall it's ok to meet Ms. the receptionist, an Indo person who looks like Rachel Venya 😆 thanks madam.

This hotel was very good, clean, staff OK and complete room, near subway and dotonburi. Even skincare was available in bathroom 👍.

The location is near dottonbori, it's just that the room is small.

Very small room, can't open suitcases, close location to Nihongobashi Station, cool bathroom.

the accomodation is in a very strategic position. It's near subway station and convenience store. Especially for moslem that wants to find halal food there are 2 restaurant within 500m from the hotel. 10/10 would visit again when visiting Osaka!
