Outdoor areas are amazing

Hermoso el lugar, muy bien mantenido, muy buena la atencion, y gran propuesta oara ir con niños. El.parque es hermoso con varias propuestas como bote con pedal, mini golf, canchas, etc. Muy recomendable!

Staff was very friendly and I love their customer service. Hotel is beautiful but you also notice that its in need of an upgrade. Still is a very good Option with many things to do!!!

Nice place, friendly staff, family-oriented rather than couples-oriented. Some moments of truth were subpar for a 5 star hotel. It’s probably a 4.5 hotel, not 5.

There are two things that disappointed me about this hotel. First the lack of cleaning and maintenance in general. Dirty windows and loose taps. Second, they told us that we could use the services and then they charged us an extra 20 dollars that they never notified in advance. I wouldn't go back.

Disappointing. They have really old tvs but front desk confirmed they do nothing. So you can’t relax in the room or connect your phone to them. The blow dryers don’t work. The tub is very old and looks rusty yellow. The robes need softener urgently. The staff hung up on me twice on random situations I had with the room. I wasn’t even arguing about them. Just very poor experience for a Sheraton. Expected something better kept together.

We had such an amazing relaxing time. The rooms were big and cosy, everything you will need. The things to do around the resort were fantastic options galore that you don't need to leave.

Property is a little dated. Almost all of their bicycles were poorly maintained.

I was expecting more from the hotel being a Sheraton hotel. Also the bed quality Was not good. Room also a bit worn out.

Great amenities, breakfast and dinner. Staff in restaurant not so friendly and very slow service.

It’s a very nice hotel and the service is great but it is getting old and is In need of an urgent revamp.

Dry comfy and relaxing.

The hotel is very nice, however it is worn out and needs refurbishing for soft goods. The beds are amazing! The lobby and spa areas were really nice. The decor in the room is non existent, the carpet was really really dirty as was the chair. The service was excellent and very friendly. The grounds were really nice including the pool area.

Disappointing overall. This is a hotel we have stayed at many times ten years ago when we lived in Buenos Aires. The hotel was quite avant- garde in those days. It was new and had few rivals. We were amazed to see there has been no up-dating during this ten years. The hotel is mainly coach load orientated. Everything is an extra these days except one small bottle of water in the room which is 'gratis'. Frustratingly, the internet is an extra which is ridiculous these days. The use of the indoor pool and spa is an extra and it was too cold to use the outdoor pool. The food was not good. They used to have some smoked salmon in the average buffet breakfast but even that has now gone! The bar food is limited, poor and expensive. The hotel has a feeling of general decay and lack of investment. I have a feeling we shall not be going back anytime soon!
