Nice place to stay. Service was good and rooms were clean

Check in was very quick and easy. It is very close to Joshua Tree national park which we were there to visit. If you do go to Joshua Tree go to the visitors center in Twenty Nine palms rather than the Joshua tree one it is just down the road from this hotel. There are some great restaurants just down the road from here. The breakfast was fresh and had some great simple options. Overall a nice stay here.

Was very convenient location wise to Joshua Tree.Clean rooms.

The only issue we has was that our room was not cleaned during our stay. And i had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths on 3rd day. I understand water conservation with towels but not washcloth. That should be given daily. Or at least enough for your stay.

Great place to stay that is very close to the Joshua tree national park entrance. Also has good food options within drivable distance

Stayed for 3 nights, bed was great and the air worked. My complaint is that the shower wouldn’t drain, nothing was in there that would prevent it, so we had to use our towels after to soak up most the water. Breakfast was great.

Had an issue with an expedia reservation, and Manuel went above and beyond to hel me solve my issue, he had everything solve by the time i arrived and was nice ams attentive. Excellent service

Overall, a very good choice for staying in this area. We arrived a little early (1:45) hoping to check in before we went to Joshua Tree. We had a prepaid reservation. It did not appear to be busy at all, but the gentleman at the front desk said we couldn't check in until after 3. I'm quite sure there was a room ready and have never been refused a room when so close to check in time. He allowed us to put our luggage in the storage room. He was somewhat unaccomadating. When we returned later in the evening, we had to wait in a line to check in and get our luggage. The woman that took care of us when we returned was very nice & changed our opinion. The room was very comfortable. Great beds, excellent shower and top notch breakfast in the morning.

Always love my stay here

Friendly staff the kid working the desk was a friendly nice nerd type kid that helped out with a few things I needed around town. The water was nice and warm taking a shower they didn’t cheap out or restrict, has a nice long hot shower. Good tv shows, yeah they had shark tank. My daughter and I loved the layout and early 5am breakfast. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect location for visiting Joshua Tree NP. Not a lot of dining options. Room was average, thin walls, could hear person sneezing in next room. Refrigerator made an annoying noise.

Had a lovely three night stay here as I explored the Joshua Tree National Park. Breakfast options were ok. Would definitely stay here again!!!
