We had a nice stay over the weekend, our room was spacious and had good amenities, we always appreciate having a kettle in the room as my husband & like our hot drinks. It was very accessible and near the main parts of Brussels as advertised! We also had a little flood in our bathroom after using the big shower, really good pressure but the drain wasn’t quite working properly and the receptionist were quick to respond and help us - was easily sorted!

Rooms were massive, staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious.. couldn’t fault it at all and would definitely use the hotel chain in other parts of Europe.

Clean, good location

Unfortunately the room was noisy and light even at night. The curtain is so thin that light comes in the room from the corridor all night in 609. There is also intermittent water sounds from the bathroom that sound like the cistern is filling up. So the bed was comfortable, but it made sleep particularly disturbed.

Clean room, comfortable beds, staff were always friendly and helpful. Only down side is that the housekeeping never gave us enough shower gel even though we were staying 5 nights.

The room was clean, staff were very polite and helpful. If we needed to go somewhere, they helped us with directions. The hotel was well situated for the purpose of our visit. The Metro just 2 minutes away and 1 minute walk to the high street. Safe area too.

Room was very spacious. There is no laundry facility as stated on hotels.com but an expensive laundry service instead. There is free coffee from a good coffee machine at the lobby and reusable glass flasks/bottles to collect filtered water from the machine at the lobby. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I had a very positive stay at the Aqua Hotel. The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and underground station, and only a 15-minute walk to the center of Brussels. The room was clean, well-ventilated, and had a great shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Mel, who went above and beyond with support, tips, and advice — she really made my stay special! Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Brussels.

Our room wasn't large but it was all we needed for a few days in Brussels and came with a fridge and safe, which are often missing in budget hotels. The room was perfectly clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was always hot with plenty of pressure, and we really appreciated the blackout shutters that we could close at night. Whenever we interacted with staff they were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary fruit and coffee in the lobby was a really nice touch. The hotel is very conveniently located near to shops and a metro station. The only word of warning I'd give is that the street itself where the hotel is located is something of a back street, though seemingly a popular short cut, and doesn't feel the safest at night, but we never saw any actual trouble and it wouldn't stop me staying here again.
