Belle et grande chambre avec cuisinette et balcon … manque simplement une petite table avec 2 chaises au balcon pour être parfait.

We stayed here for one night as a stop on a family road trip with young kids. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortable and the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all — not only affecting basic internet use but also making it impossible to use the TV services. When we asked for help, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. The décor was another disappointment: it felt cold, harsh, and cheaply done, with no soft touches to create a welcoming atmosphere. While the room was acceptably tidy, the floor didn’t feel particularly clean, and the bathtub didn’t look spotless — enough so that we chose not to use it. All in all, we didn’t feel this was good value for money. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Convenient stop off on the way to a holiday break. Very clean, friendly staff and place near to shopping centre. Mira bar and restaurant in walking distance.

Our room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The concierge was very nice. But communication was poor. We arrived just a few minutes past their closing time (7:00PM) and no one answered the phone. There was only a recording. Also there were road constructions around the hotel that night. The entry to the hotel was blocked from all directions & we couldn’t find our way back in. No one from the hotel informed us how to work around that situation. It was late. We were tired…& most frustrated!

Excellent stay. Hôtel apart is funky. Although a little dated. Need usb points for charging! But would stay great price great location. Fabulous staff. Brilliant facilities close but. Dinner or shopping.

Overall one of the strangest property i stayed at. Advertised as in Arcachon but it is quite far and right by a commercial center. It is in between staying on a motorway and a commercial center. The swimming pool is outside on the street and right next to the supermarket which is very odd. It remains decent value for money if you just need a stopover. However clearly it is NOT 4* standard

Expedia told us we had three beds, we had one double. As we thought we had 3 beds we asked the hotel for a fourth bed for a child, four days before we got there and they said fine all ok, just confirm the 4th bed for child on arrival. The hotel had no note of this when we got there and after half an hour of discussion gave us two extra childrens beds which was better than nothing ! All a bit stressful.

Great stop in Arcachon for one night of rest , peaceful and nice. Convenient hotel great facility with free parking and wifi.

Room conditions and hotel facilities are up to expectation. Close proximity to the mall (E. Leclerc) was a plus!

We wanted to visit the Basin of Arcachon. The location of the hotel was not as convenient as we hoped as it was not super close to town but overall we liked it very much as it was also easy to get to the freeway.

Decent hotel in an industrial neighborhood. If you don't have a car, you should probably avoid it.

The overall experience was fine. The location is not bad if you drive as there are many restaurants within 10min drive. The hotel staff were polite and smiley, i enjoyed my stay.

Excellent design hotel in great confort. Not the best location but practical.
