Great location easy to reach many places voti walking and by metro. The hotel is a fair 3 star Hotels, lack of amenities in the room which make it a real 4 star hotel. On top during our stay the lift was out of order and it was really a pain. I would have expected at least a discount for this reason. The staff at the reception was very kind, the room was clean but staff not super attentive considering that we had asked to refill the body shower. A fair value for money overall

This is a very nice hotel with a welcoming lobby, and a comfortable lounge area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My room and the bathroom were very clean. The temperature was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend the Mercure Paris Bastille Marais.

Spacious room, great shower. Lots of nice touches eg robe and slippers, vanity kits. Room kept clean by staff but also they don’t come in too early which was nice. Staff so friendly, especially the gentleman on Sunday evening who got us plates and napkins for our late night takeaway, little things like that make such a difference. Endless supply of coffee and fresh water. Metro across the road, friendly cafes next door and across the road, highly recommend

Everyone was incredibly helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was small and there was no shelving or drawers to unpack a suitcase. The one chair was situated in the closet which we had to move to open the suitcase rack. All that said, the location was great with choices of patisseries, restaurants and shopping for necessities. A metro stop was just outside the door.The staff were friendly and helpful. Next time I would book a larger room.

Average hotel and rooms a bit dated. Sustainability is mentioned in terms of giving you a refillable water bottle but then the room doesn't come with mugs and guests must drink a cup of tea out of a tiny disposable cup. Curtain is coming off the rail. Our room was an unusual layout being wheelchair accessible. Lobby is not welcoming at all.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The rooms at the Mercure hotels are becoming very basic and not very welcoming. No pictures, very white and lacking in a feeling of comfort. Too much like Ikea; very minimalist. Not my look!

Friendly staff and great location for the 11th, also right next to the Metro. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. We extended our stay and would stay here again.

Hôtel was in a great area with so much to do and we were able to get there on foot. The hotel room was spacious and clean and the staff were so pleasant and willing to help in every way.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. We booked the prestige room and it was spacious enough for a one week stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice, safe neighborhood. Steps from the Voltaire metro station. We'll definitely want to stay there again
