The A/C of my room was noisy I can't sleep for three nights.

Late night check in, and next day 9am check out. The hotel was very good. It had everything we needed in the room, and room was set out very well. Newley refurbished room.

Shower/tub had mold

Construction was going on. Started by 8:30. Bathroom very small.

Good location, easy access to metro. Beds and pillow a little hard. Great staff.

Staff were friendly and location was very good. One of the washrooms had a very musty smell but otherwise it would be 4 stars.

Perfect location!!

Room was adorable and large- staff were very kind and helpful. However, the demo and rehab of adjacent rooms beginning early in the morning was not exactly what we expected. The elevator was tied up during the day for tradesmen and the noise from across and in the hall was hard to tolerate early. Location is great as is staff. Hopefully the rehab work is completed soon.

The reception staff were very friendly and I was allowed into my room early because it was ready. The room and bathroom were very large, especially in Paris. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to many attractions & 2 different Metro stations.

It’s about 18 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord and the staff were nice but the good points end there. It looked nothing like the photos and had water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom that hadn’t been repaired. It doesn’t have gas central heating so heating comes from a fan heater alone and there is no heated towel rail. I was so cold the first night I thought I’d have to change hotels. My double bed was two singles pushed together. The staircase leading up to the rooms was scary to walk up and down alone at night (not well-lit). The area is fine to walk in during the day and early evening but not past about 8pm I’d say. The windows in my room were covered over by builder’s tarpaulin so I couldn’t see out and air couldn’t get in so was very hot during the day. The building work was extremely noisy. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again!

Great location, friendly staff, big bathroom, good WiFi, comfortable beds. breakfast available but very limited and not the best quality.

Staff was very accommodating. Arrived from an early flight and we were planning to ask if we could leave our luggage in the hotel before the 2pm check-in time, however, they allowed us to have an early check-in without us asking at no extra charge. Very happy with our stay.

Limited dining wasn’t a lot of variety of breakfast the shower wasn’t very powerful and took some time to heat up for hot water

I stayed in this hotel just for a night with my two kids. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable... receptionist were nice and spoke in English.. we also were able to leave our bags for a day. The location is good as it is close to tram and some nice restaurants, coctail bars. We felt safe walking around this area. The only thing we were missing, the breakfast person weren't speaking in English...and breakfast were extremely basic for the price. Also, do not expect to chill in the loby until late as there are no bar or restaurant open till late inside the hotel. In overall, the stay was good, would come back again.
