I could not check in for 3 hours after my arrival but if I paid €20 I could access my room. Bottom of bath was in really bad condition. No kettle and cooking rings would only work when air conditioning was on. No one came to clean the room and never got fresh towels the hole week, also had to ask maid a few times for toilet roll before she gave in and gave me one

Salou is a VERY hilly town. A lot of people encouraging you into bars and restaurants it gets exhausting. The hotel itself is EXTREMELY basic. Incredibly clean but you have to pay for everything including full size towels. You have to clear your room including any rubbish but staff are friendly and to be fair to the price you pay its perfectly acceptable

I like the apartments and location however too many student groups banging doors and having loud conversations at all times of the night. I couldn’t rest properly.

I suppose I can’t complain for the price I paid, but the facilities were leas than basic. No kettle to make tea and coffee, and we couldn’t buy it in the hotel unless paid for full breakfast. Had to get it from cafe across the road. No light in the bathroom, let reception know but nobody bothered to fix it. Only hand towels available and only one roll of toilet paper. Good location although very close to night club and could hear music and karaoke quite late at night even with closed windows. Thankfully we only needed somewhere to sleep as were out all day, so it was ok

For the price paid they were great.

I was too anxious when i booked at this property then read the reviews. I was worried that my family will not be comfortable and won't enjoy our holidays. I booked last minute and my budget was limited. Went there without expecting anything. The apartment was basic. Basic swimming pool but my kids 5 and 3 years old enjoyed swimming. Near to shops and beaches so it was really convenient. Cons: 1 toilet paper roll only, 4pcs very small towels and bed linens with 4 spares were provided. (I did not asked if it is allowed to ask for a change though) Occupants should clean and tidy up. Otherwise €100 holding deposit will be deducted. We made sure that the balcony door was always closed because we can smell the smokes inside. Wifi details should be ask in the reception. No entertainment for kids.

For the price paid it exceeded expectations but its in desperate need of needing a renovation. Bed prorector horrid. Shower curtain broken lights in bathroom broken. But ive stayed in Rentalmar nany times there all the same.

It ticked most of the boxes for me and my partner, there was tons of restaurants nearby which are very affordable and the hotel is near the centre of salou and all of the main beaches. I would rate the hotel 8/10. Only issue I had which was small but did annoy me very much was upon arrival we were only supplied it half a roll of toilet paper which was on the toilet roll holder in the bathroom which was clearly meant for to do us for our 6 night stay, we ask for some more once it finished and they refused to supply us a roll and told us that we had to go to the shop and buy our own.

travelling solo the apartment was perfect for my needs at a very reasonable price.

We had a nice stay in Salou and the kids loved it there but the apartment was not so neatly kept. My first entry I had to clean up myself and they were cockroaches coming out from the bathroom

What i liked was the pool. Outdoor area and the bar ppol table.. Main ladies toilet had no toilet seat or soap to wash your hands so you had to go up to your apartment.. I think the railings on the balconies are very weak need more support. .It wouldn't take an awful lot to make the apartments better.. A kettle in the rooms would be great . The attractions in the area are excellent. Beaches, nightlife , shops and restaurants ♥️

Basic accomodation we tried breakfast and for 6 euro cant complain. Corridors could do with an update.

This was the 2nd time to stay at salou pacifuc and I honestly have not got any bad comments to make. Check-on could be a big quicker but other than that staff are very helpfull, it is very clean, basic but clean. Some rooms are a bit outdated and others are in good condition. It was somewhere cheap to stay and great value for money. I cannot fault it as I have enjoyed mtself both times and I have already decided to go back next September again.

This apart-hotel is close to the main road with many bars and restaurants. There are numerous supermarkets nearby as well as a couple of Tobacconists. Nice pool although shaded. Room was very basic but clean and comfortable. The bar was not open although the restaurant was. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Whilst the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is tired and dated with very small rooms. Some repairs had been carried out, but were of a very poor standard. The rooms were clean however this does not make up for the hotels bigger issues.

Had a great time. Kids loved it, were happy and had a great time in PortAventura, Ferrari Land, Aquatic Caribe and loved calling RentalMar Salou home! Oh and they're aged 11 and 15!

Words can not capture how bad this place is. We were greeted by rude condescending staff. At one point the receptionist led us to an internet kiosk (where we had to pay a few euros for 1hr internet access so we could show her our reservation), where she slammed the door in our face as we tried to show her our reservation. I've never experienced such unprofessional front desk staff before, ever. At some points they sat behind the desk talking badly about us in Spanish (thinking we only spoke English). I just stood there quietly, never making them aware that I speak fluent Spanish. They basically spent 15 minutes telling us that we are lying about getting a reservation confirmation (even though the confirmation was on my expedia account). In the end a call to upper management seemed to have instructed the front desk to admit us to a room (even thought the front desk just said that they have no more available rooms). It was all like a bad dream; but fortunately after a few DAYS the nightmare ended.

Two electric rings in room unable to use as they blew electrics when turned on. Reported this 4 times and still did not repair it therefore could not even make a drink. Toilet system worn out and would not flush properly and had to repair ourselves. We paid through Expedia and when we checked in they wanted us to pay again. Car parking is advertised as €12 day they charging €15 which you must have as you cannot park anywhere else as streets are manic. They advertise no towels but they do supply them They ask you to clean place at end of stay as well which is not acceptable.
