Good choice for what we needed in Istanbul

We had 2 separate rooms on same floor for a family of 4. This hotel was fun and quirky with all its artistic additions and decor. Breakfast was plenty with lots of selection. Turkey is full of smoking and this hotel had a scent of it coming from the foyer or front door where the front staff of all the hotels would gather to smoke. That would be my only complaint of the location but it was everywhere so we got used to it I think. The room was warm for us and couldn’t figure out how to use the AC but we also did t ask and just cooled Down by keeping the balcony door open. Balcony was enjoyable to sit out in and watch the hustle and bustle of the city and listen to the call to pray from the Aya Sofia. This hotel is perfect location to explore all the highlights of the Sultanahmet area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort. Bedding and bathroom were clean; bed was comfortable; water pressure was good and the bathroom was clean. The walls are rather thin, but overall, this was a nice budget stay in an unbeatable location. Front desk staff were also really nice. We'd recommend this for someone looking for a good, budget option.

Great hotel for access to medieval Istanbul

I enjoy staying this hotel. If you inform the hotel prior to your arrival that you have a car they will reserve street parking for you.

Great boutique hotel in sultanhamnet area of Istanbul. Compared to the surrounding streets it was nice and quiet. The rooms were well decorated and stylish. We had two rooms, both the same standard, however one was small and the other was very large. Both were well equipped though. Breakfast was very nice with good variety every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe was we got stuck in the lift one night and no matter how many times we rang the lift alarm, banged on the door and pressed the call button, no staff came to help. Luckily my wife was able to open the door from the outside to let us out.

A hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul. Very cozy hotel with only a few rooms and with a personal touch. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is very nice too. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I ever go back to Istanbul.

My 3rd visit. Rooms have individual decoration and themes which keeps a visit interesting. Convenient for ancient Istanbul/ Constantinaople everything is walking distance. Street palking outside hotel. Beware trams when walking. Good breakfast

Valet parking a must for istanbul. Air conditioning. Elevator. Many local restaurants. Convenient for ancient Istanbul. 700m walk to hagia sophia, blue mosque , cistern, safe area. Themed rooms stayed in poems and glamour. Glamour is all black decor and mirrors

Desiner hotel in the centre of ancient Istanbul. Valet parking. Good breakfast. Elevator. Rooms have individual decorations stayed in poems and glamour. Definitely recommend glamour if you want a gothic twist. Balcony and working air-conditioning

Very cute lovely place, close to the metro and the major attractions in the historical area. Will likely stay here again if coming back to Istanbul.

Communication was great from start to finish with Osman. Our room was exceptionally designed with an Ottoman theme. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, shower fine. Great reception and maid service. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff & centrally located.

I did not like that there is no lobby. One of the waiters in the morning was not very interested in working. He was always looking at his cell phone and not paying attention to the guests. I asked for a room on a high floor that was quiet. I stayed for 13 nights and I had the worst room. It was very noisy and there was someone smoking next to my room that was very irritating for me. At breakfast for 3 days they had no tomatoes. All they had to do was go to the local market and buy some tomatoes. The market was a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Rooms v cozy & clean..excellent location plus service

Really lovely staff, all so friendly and helpful! The smaller size of the hotel makes it really personable. Rooms are gorgeous, each one is different. Breakfast was great each morning too!
