Booked the room for July 4th when I got to the room it had trash in the trash can dirty towels laying around the room dirty bed from the people before. Staff didn’t have anyone that could go clean the room or another available room

Was very good

The first room they gave us smelled like mold and mildew so we asked to be moved to a different room. That was the first time that happened at this location still don’t think I’ll stay there again.

The property isn’t visible from the interstate and is behind a Motel 6, surrounded by several other off-brand motels. Just not a good feel when traveling alone.

I like the fact that I’m able to get a ride to the airport and the staff are friendly

Shuttle was a big help.

Halls smelled like mildew and hotel had roaches not clean

Beautiful hotel, very busy and other customers loud. At times front desk staff was hard to find.

Did not like the noise coming from unruly children running screaming jumping slamming doors st all hours. Front desk showed little concern.. Property was awsome. Quiet it was not..Didnt pay to hear noise from others all night and early morning

Nice property and staff, but our room’s air conditioner didn’t work. The room was too warm and didn’t smell very fresh. Without the noise of the air conditioner you heard everyone in the hall.
