The staff of the hotel are superb! Very helpful, polite and friendly. Comfortable beds, rooms have been renovated.

First time to Venice, and we wanted to make sure it was special by staying in a hotel that we could call home for a few days. The Arcadia Boutique Hotel overdelivered! The staff was super lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Claudio, Manuel and the entire front desk team were super detailed in their recommendations for everything from restaurants, gondolas and the incredible sights of Venice. Not to be outdone, the breakfasts were magical in the iconic sitting room and we loved the superb and super nice and friendly staff there too. A trip of a lifetime to Venice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are well-appointed and quiet, and the location is a convenient walk to the station and vaporetto stops.

I booked a room here through Expedia. It was listed as a single room, which I assumed meant a single bed. When I checked in I found out it was actually a twin bed. My girlfriend and I did not care since we were tired and just wanted to sleep. The staff denied us the room, saying it was for security reasons, even though we both presented our passports exactly the way we would at any other hotel. I asked about every possible option to resolve the situation, including paying extra or upgrading to a larger room, and they refused them all. They still would not issue a refund. After exhausting every option to handle this politely I was left with no choice but to leave and book another hotel at my own expense. This was not a cancellation. It was denial of service and an unacceptable experience. Avoid this hotel.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. I have never been more impressed with the staff at a hotel. All were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had all we needed to make the most of our visit. The morning breakfast is a must. Great variety of pastries as well as hot and cold items. The rooms are clean and very functional with comfortable beds. The hotel is quiet and we slept really well. The dog across the alley barks occasionally during the day but not at night. His name is Louie and if you gently call his name and pss pss him, he stops barking and wags his tail.

Tomamos un tour que nos recomendaron en el hotel, el panoramico, pero honestamente no cumplio con expectativas solamente eso diria que no fue grato, por lo demas el hotel 100 puntos

The Staff is outstanding.... everyone always asks if they could do anything for you, willing to offer any advice you may need.

Employees here were nop notch. We were greeted with a smile..told about great restaurants and activities. A small boutique hotel that oozed sophistication and class while making you feel like you were family staying over for the weekend. If I were back in Venice tomorrow this is where I would stay!! Bravo to management..bravo to the team that keeps the place tidy and running day in and day out!!

Hotel Arcadia is a beautiful hotel in the middle of everything. Close to train station in Venice. I would also highlight the wonderful staff. The breakfast was beautifully presented every morning. It was an oasis in busy Venice.

Excellent location- 25 minute walk to Basilica and Doge Palace and a 3 minute walk to and from the water taxi. The staff were extremely helpful and patient assisting me with directions to all my tours and and navigating water taxi and bus routes. Also definitely ask them first for restaurant directions. Had the best pasta meal of my life at one of their recommended restaurants.
