Superb overall. Very attentive, polite and professional staff and a lovely family friendly atmosphere everywhere in the hotel. With great facilities and fantastic food.

Property and area are amazing, very beautiful. With such big and luxurious property, dining services are not matching.

Nice ,clean and quit . Every thing is organized. Need more signs for directions inside the resort . Extend time for hot tube and pool area for adults till 9.00p.m

Excellent place. We stayed for about 2 weeks. Breakfast is amazing . Rate given is not very high because of week end , when the pool is open to anyone willing to pay 25€ and it gets really crowded . This also increasing the time you will wait to be served. Yes , weekdays excellent, week ends ... maybe they should refuse entry at some point or take reservation for external guest. In 15 days we drank a bottle of wine bought from a winery nearby and got charged 10€ for the bucket and ice. Anyway I would certainly come back

The hotel is lovely and the pool facilities are great. The one pool is great for kids. The food at the club house was good. Due to the location I would not advise unless you have a car. We did not play golf, so cannot comment on the course itself but the grounds looked good.

Although the room was missing wi-fi information and the room service menu, the staff was multilingual and incredibly helpful. The entire property is beautiful and great for relaxation.

Great hotel to relax, golf course is superb. Good selection of pools and great surroundings. We were upgraded to a studio room but the walls were paper thin and could hear next door talking and people walking on the stairs. We asked to change and we got a superior room. This was much better, no noise and a good night's sleep.

Very nice stay here, and would stay again. The staff were very friendly. It's worth nothing a few things though. It's about €25-30 each way in a taxi to and from anywhere, so it can substantially put up the cost of a meal out if you don't dine in their restaurant. We paid for a junior suite, and I didn't think it was great value for the extra money. Children are allowed in the wellness area, and generally make a noise, disturbing the tranquility. Finally, we found the signposting pretty awful and that could definitely be improved. I thought the golf courses were in excellent condition.

Beautiful setting but with very young trainee staff . It has a very good breakfast buffet but staff are unable to give info about restaurants in the area as they are so young and in training. The hotel alarm went off and no one came to our block to investigate why. Parking is first come first served . Very pretty location with many international guests .

It was a very nice place. Great breakfast and immaculate room. It did seem a little out of the way of things happening nearby.

Staff were a little hit and miss on helpfulness. it would appear that it was okay for some nationalities to play ball games in the pool but not others. Menu was limited/restrictive in the restaurant in the evening, however I can say at Luigi was brilliant, certainly made the holiday and the standard of food excellent. a little more for the children to do during the day and evening would be wonderful - even if it is a few pool/table tennis tables, as not all children enjoy golf or are allowed into the spa.

We love this hotel so much, Its classy, the rooms are modern, fresh and relaxing. The staff in the hotel are there to make your stay the best possible. The grounds are stunning and make great eye candy! The Location is convenient for exploring the lakes and so much more.... Breakfast is fresh and lots of choice with the option to sit inside or out. The spa is a real treat and in with the best that we have ever used in a hotel. Definitely try the hotel, Just to add that I am reporting back as a none golf player, We only use the hotel as in our opinion its the best in the area, Preferring it over the lakes itself.

Luxurious rooms and standards. 20 mins drive to lake garda - car essential.

One of the best experience in my travel life. Very convenient to stay in this quiet and quality place while visiting the lake. Staff is very accommodating. Was there alone with 3 kids, and it was great for them too (nice pool).

IWe're not golfers but really fancied this hotel from the description and photos on the website. We were not dissapointed. The hotel may be a little quiet for some (it's effectively in the middle of nowhere) but is perfect in every respect. The staff are friendly/helpful and the facilities excellent. The restaurant is superb too and all dining areas look out on miles of rolling fields and vine yards. Our only mild complaint is that the hotel advertises the bio pool as part of the facilities but this is only available to those that have purchased one of the apartments. Thus a bit of mis-marketing but the main pool is more than adequate. Although quite remote, Lake Garda is only 15 minutes away and Pozzolengo has a few restaurants that are a stones throw away. So overall a fantastic stay and would definitely visit again.
