The staff are lovely, but having stayed quite frequently it seems every room has its issues. Last time had a room that was leaking water onto my laptop, only on the third night had they put a bucket under it. This time you couldn't open the roman blinds as the chain mechanism didn't work. Also I'm not usually a cold person, but these rooms were freezing with no way to adjust the temperature. Not happy really

General condition of the hotel ok and the staff were lovey however the fair was on right outside which meant the bar was filled with people who work on the rides and their screaming nightmare children causing carnage everywhere. The noise was unbearable and although it finished by 22:00 completely ruined my stay. The hotel didn’t warn me before my booking and speaking to other guests they didn’t know either check when booking for future stays

No heating in the very very cold rooms and no portable heaters for use by guests. Shower tray overflowed due to blogged plug hole and started to flood the bathroom so could Only manage a 30 second shower. I accept things like boilers break down, however I don’t think they should accept booking with this known fault that is ongoing. I was told a manager would call me to discuss my complaint.. Hear nothing yet!!

The room was freezing cold, floor like ice, radiator only just working, would have been better to sleep outside

Great location. The staff helpful and nothing too much trouble during stay. When I checked out I left my hand bag in my room and the hotel called me to say they had it safe!

Absolutely amazing hotel and service

I really liked this hotel, everything was are you would expect. we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was I nice experience and the service was excellent.

Room was be very good and clean etc

The room was very clean and comfortable. Meals and event were very good and staff very friendly. We love staying here and will be back soon.

Always have a good stay here when working in Kings Lynn

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. We had an excellent evening meal in the bar.

Shower and basin blocked, when showering the water went over the tray and flooded bathroom. Fire alarm awoke us on Sunday,went off at 7.10am

Never got to stay . Hotel had emergency and offered alternative accommodation at a sister hotel . Reason for booking was we were attending a dinner / dance in the Hotel . Strange that no other guests affected even saying that they had been upgraded to better rooms .

Didn’t have breakfast, drinks in bar slightly expensive.

Great location, easy parking in front of the hotel and nice decor inside

Great value for money. Noisy on a night until about midnight. Check in time changed from 2pm to 4pm and we were not informed until got a reminder email from hotel just before date of going showing updated time. No apology. Had booked to go out for 4.45 but reception really helpful and got us in our rooms early.

Room was better this time, not woken up by noisy fans at 5.30am

The Stay was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Good Breakfast Loved the Christmas Decorations.
