Our group of 19 chose the Romantik Hotel Post for our trip to visit the stunning Lago di Carezza, and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect decision. This hotel isn't just situated in a beautiful location; it feels completely woven into the magnificent landscape. The experience was nothing short of magical. One unforgettable moment was during breakfast, when a stream of morning sunlight spilled over the entire valley visible from the hotel. It truly felt like we were dining in paradise. What made our stay even more seamless was the exceptional staff. They were both warm and highly professional. We had several email exchanges prior to our arrival to coordinate our meal preferences and rooming details, and the hotel's response was always incredibly prompt and helpful.

This place is amazing - a complete gem. It is a traditional "post" hotel, probably a former coaching inn ype that dates back to 1875, but it has been modernized to a high standard. Still family owned and run, we felt welcome as soon as we set foot in the door, with little details like being taken directly to our rooms. The owners are visible and attentive and the staff clearly love working here and are kind and helpful. The rooms are not enormous but good enough. We were north facing without a balcony, so probably the lowest tier, but is was still really comfortable. We faced onto the busy road but could not hear a thing thanks to the modern windows. The rear (south) facing rooms must have fantastic views and this is where the magic beigns... the glorious garden backs onto a working stud farm with 20+ horses all doing their thing against the backdrop of the majestic dolomites. The Spa is fantastic and super relaxing...I honestly felt like I was in a 5 star swiss style retreat. The dining room is traditional and spacious, with top quality food. Very reasonable when you consider the half board prices. We went in the summer and would consider going back in the winter too. There is a gondola 200m from the hotel taking you up to the slopes... fine to walk to in summer but difficult in ski boots so I gather they put on a shuttle. 5 well deserved stars.

Great hotel – very well run with super friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The gym is large, airy, and well-equipped, perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. The spa and pools are absolutely fantastic – a real highlight for relaxation. Rooms are on the smaller side, but perfectly comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for both leisure and business stays. I cannot wait to be back!

This is Gem in the Dolomites! a bit Pricey, but you get what you pay for. From the moment I arrived, I was absolutely enchanted by this mountain hotel. Nestled among breathtaking peaks and lush forests, the location alone is enough to make you fall in love. Every morning I woke up to crisp, fresh air and stunning views right outside my window. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The rooms are cozy, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. I also have to mention the food is absolutely incredible! The local dishes were hearty and full of flavor, and the dining area had panoramic views that made every meal special. Whether you're looking for peace and quiet, scenic hikes, or just a romantic getaway, this hotel is a hidden gem. I can’t wait to return!
