Fast and welcome check in. Everything is organized according to the “new normal“ (covid realities). Nice terrace for having breakfast...

A quick stay between the coast and Avignon - Room was tiny and beds a tad hard. Had a pool but too cold for us to swim in. Staff friendly but limited English which was challenging when requesting help etc. Area was nothing special but close to major roads to go exploring

Excellent hotel, short walk from RER B station at Ris-Orangis, quiet location, cross the river (yes, that one) and your in a forest area. Hotel appeared very new and clean inside. Local area felt safe but not a massive choice of nice restaurants

Driving around Salon de Provence was worse than driving around an F1 racing track The hotel had lots of FREE parking and was very close to the town centre (where parking could become a problem).

I've stayed here a few times and the staff are always friendly and attentive! There is a great steak house next door, or a McDonalds over the road. The rooms are small and basic, but quite modern and comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 night's whilst visiting family and the hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking and lovely gardens. The rooms are small but adequate for a brief stop. Rooms are clean and the bed comfy. It was surprising to me that no tea or coffee facilities were provided in the room though. We travelled with a dog so usually expect to be hidden away in rooms further away however this was right outside the cleaning stores so the noise from the housekeepers at 0830 hrs wasn't pleasant. Breakfast isn't included in the booking but they charge for it when you check out. There was a good selection of quality food however it was not checked. Breakfast is served until 1000 hrs but if you arrive at 0900 after a coach load of people have eaten, there isn't much left and no further produce (coffee machine and juice machine empty too) was put out for the remaining hour of service. Eating in the evening, again food was of a good standard but this time the buffet was well stocked - purely because it is more expensive I should think. Staff were very friendly however lacking in the supervisor/manager role. When it came to check out, they didn't check that we had paid via hotels.com and instead charged us AGAIN but then we have to provide proof of payment to get a note to say a refund will be processed as/when a manager comes in. This was rather frustrating however it was at least sorted within 24 hours. Overall, I would stay again for a brief stop as good value for money.

We are English-speakers however have tried to communicate in French. On most occasions we have been met with enthusiasm and respect with attempts to communicate. The hotel reception staff were fantastic however the bar staff were very distant and did not approach us for an order. We ended up going elsewhere.

Very comfortable hotel with great service and good beds. It's out of town, close to the motorway and an excellent place for a short stay.
