We had some noisy people next door, which isn’t the hotel’s fault. They did become quieter after being asked because we had young kids. But my issue is with the advertisement of sound proof rooms. Every time someone farted or moved in another room, we heard it. They are nowhere near sound proof

Make sure the light bulbs, electrical outlets and air conditioning in the room functions properly before letting guests take the room.

Large gap around door which “lit up” at night when room light were off and floor squeaked very loudly above us. Bed was comfy

It was a lot of money for not much. The front desk agent was barely aware of me when I checked out, no questions about how the night was, no offer of receipt or anything, not even an “hope you enjoyed your stay” or “bye” except just taking our keys and going back to the computer.

This property needs to be remodeled ASAP. And over priced .

Good location, comfortable rooms and the sports bar and coffee shop are an added bonus.

The staff were the best part about this place. We had a high end sea kayak strapped to the car roof that we were a little worried about being stolen. To put our mind at ease, the front desk night staff suggested we park in a spot where they could keep an eye on it for us until morning. If it werent for the staff, this review would be less. The place is really run down, there was a small dark stain on the bed sheet, and a mouse ran down the hall when we got off the elevator to our floor.

Check in was very smooth. Juanito at reception was very friendly and courteous! Right away we felt welcome. Room is clean and a good size though it could use a bit more brightness .

You get what you pay for.. water was hot and beds were clean so it did its job

The people /staff were exceptionally hospitable.

Comfortable stay

Parking lot was full of garbage. A/C was VERY loud. Shower-head only worked for very short people. Great Indian Food restaurant/pub and great coffee shop.

I liked the fact that there was a microwave in the room and a balcony. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is big and very clean. A lot of dining options around.

Very close to everywhere the manager was very friendly and nice me and my wife had a wonderful time .

Front desk service was outstanding. Friendly, competent staff.

We stay in this hotel for one night check February 13 check out February 14 for my son‘s birthday the hotel the hot tub was amazing and clean and the stuff was super friendly the friend guy sorry I forgot his name but he was such a friendly guy, we would love to come back again

A bit of an older property which might need renovations, but staff was amazing upon checking in, room was clean and they upgraded me due to being my partners birthday… they seem like they care!
