We were away for a girlie break myself, my sister and cousin. We were blown away with the great standard of the hotel. It's Accommodation which was perfect and you could not fault the cleanliness. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we would happily recommend the Resident Hotel to anyone coming to have a great time in the beautiful city of Liverpool.

Fantastic stay here, welcoming and helpful staff, very spacious room and bathroom, great shower, lovely soap/shampoos, great amenities in the room (fridge, microwave), very clean. Will 100% stay here again. Very reasonable price.

Location great and the building is lovely. Great facilities, but the character of the building is preserved. Quiet. Room excellent value as spacious and with a mini kitchen, but this was hidden out of the way and so not unsightly. Some staff very friendly and helpful, others less so. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was a big size as was the bed. It was lovely and comfortable and I liked the addition of the fridge etc.

The resident Hotel Liverpool provided an excellent stay for the four nights that I was there. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location very Central to the places I wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for the night at the hotel, it was great, fantastic room, the staff we really friendly. The hotel is in a great location right next to concert square. The room had a little kitchen area inside the wardrobe, coffe machine, kettle, microwave etc... We would defo stay again.

Clean room and en suite. Comfortable bed. Room was warm. Heating controls easy to use. Hotel ideally situated. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely lounge area. A bar would be nice. However, there are plenty close by and good eateries.

The hotel doesn’t have parking but was told they have discount arrangements at nearby private car park beforehand. Good to know!
