Safe and reasonable comfortable place to stay. Similar to a clean motel6. I would not pay more that about 75 bucks to stay there. If you’re on a budget or trying to keep costs down, it’s a good place to stay. Well lit parking lot and several restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again

I booked 3 nights coming from out of town but only stayed one night due to horrific conditions. Did not receive any discount or refund even though 2 nights were not used . Please avoid this place

Slippery walkway. Unplowed drive. Piles of snow to walk through to get to the room. Poor drainage of tub and sinks. Not enough towels for two women in a room. Room was clean.

Your front clerk was awesome...he really went beyond to help us out

Called ahead due to arriving late. Was told that there was no hot water due to boiler issue. Cancelled room reservation due to water issue. Please make sure my credit card is credited due to cancellation. Night clerk advised would not be an issue. Please confirm.

We gave the Wilmington Inn a 5 star rating due to the room being clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and easy to deal with. The hotel is walking distance to nice restaurants. We felt safe at the location. That has not always been the case in some hotels we have stayed.

Was a great motel. No frills, comfy bed, great price!

The hotel works great for our purposes. I do wish that the room would be aired out before arrival since it is a bit off-putting when you walk into a musty smelling room. This was cleared up by running the air conditioner but it would be much more pleasant to arrive to a clean smelling room. That is my only true complaint about this hotel.

It’s an old property and the cheapest in the area. You get what you pay for. Served its purpose but if you’re used to better chain hotels, there are more nearby at double the price.

Everything worked, and it was very clean and quiet. Basic room, could use some updates for the shower head and breakfast options. Would stay there again.

Probably the least expensive place to stay in Wilmington. Typical aging motel but no complaints about the staff or cleanliness of the rooms.

Good value. Clean and served our purpose. The door lock was a little hard to work with a cracked door jamb. Room was clean. Nice refrigerator and new carpet

The carpet is disgusting. Had to leave my shoes on and they stuck and made a noise with every step. The tub/shower was mildewy and musty smelling. Definitely needs remodeling/updating. Could hear the traffic and the neighbors....ewwww.
