Check in process was okay, nothing noteworthy to call out. Building looked nice, however our room definitely showed signs of wear and tear (eg cabinet doors had chips along the edges and fridge door was dirty. Three out of the 4 nights that we stayed, housekeeping either forgot to give us towels, a lightbulb was out, the toilet brush was left in the toilet and all the room lights plus the housekeeping card were left on. It doesn’t make sense why there’s no light in the shower as it’s all dark when you draw the shower curtain. The positive were that the location of the hotel was very good and the staff were friendly each time we walked out of the hotel.

Great stay

An amazing place we had a great time.

This hotel is in a great location with an awesome view of St. Stephan's Cathedral. Easy walk to the best of Vienna. The property is very clean and in very good condition. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The decor is very minimalist/sparse which gives the property an interesting contrast to the ornateness of the city.

Great accessibility

The property is top notch. The room was modern, clean and dark for sleeping. The restaurant on the top floor has amazing views of the city. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Excellent facial at the spa.

Pretty new hotel, nice modern style, comfortable bed, the shower is not well thought over: leaking all around, the AC goes up if you don’t watch it, the cleaning ladies are not very responsive, and the front desk not super accommodating. But if to take into account, that service is questionable over all in the area, it’s fine, tolerable. The location and facilities are nice, so, I’d stay there again.

Perfect location for Pride, right in the river. Massive hotel but felt friendly. Staff were smart and very multilingual and good at their jobs. Air con in my “white” concept room did not work so was moved to a “black” concept room. Every surface (floor/wall/couch/vanity/ceiling etc) is matte black. I thought it was fun and interesting but probably isn’t for everyone. Rooftop bar feels like a bizarre liminal space or fever dream. The solar gain on this building is wild. Good views.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. You could walk into St. Stephan’s Cathedral. Felt safe.

Great location, nice room, amazing cocktail ar with view

Beautiful property, great location within walking distance to pretty much anything you want. Extremely clean and friendly. We just wish they would’ve had better hours for the spa because it didn’t open until after checkout and we only stayed one night. The suggestion for a 9 AM spa open would be great if anybody else loves to enjoy the spot too. The spa was beautiful, but we didn’t get to enjoy.

Hébergement à proximité des principales attractions et du métro, le restaurant à l’une des plus belles vues de Vienne sans l’ombre d’un doute! Seul bémol: le système d’info divertissement est lent et désuet. Pour tout le reste, je recommande vivement cet endroit!
