The rooms are very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the luggage carts they only have two carts for the whole building. None were available when I was checking in and checking out.

Marriott is slowly pricing themselves out of the market. You have to ask to get your room cleaned. Just clean the room. If you want to charge exorbitant rates, the experience needs to be much better.

Horrible experience with the hotel. There was an error made and I could not get a call back from anyone on the team including management. They hotel has always been good until something went wrong and then they showed their true colors. I will never be back here with my family. I lost hundreds of dollars to a mistake and the staff did not care at all. I was very disappointed with their customer service, even towards someone who has stayed many times with them. Avoid the hotel! It’s only a matter of time

Lots of parking. Clean property. Easy access for west end and to the Anthony Henday into downtown.

It was a great location.

We enjoyed our stay. Had breakfast at hotel one morning and used pool and hot tub as well. Everything worked as it should and all staff were nice and friendly.

Hotel and room were clean but parking was hard to find a spot. Not sure if there was an event going on that used most of the parking.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it!

Perfect for a business trip. The hotel was comfortable, quiet and homey. The rooms are clean and spacious, equiped with small fridge and coffee maker, and the staff gives excellent service. There's a Walmart across the street which is convenient.
