El hotel es super cómodo y ofrece lo que puedes necesitar para una buena estadía en Buenos Aires. Gonzalo y Denisse estuvieron siempre pendientes de que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor. Incluso si se presenta algún inconveniente ellos hacen lo mejor para solucionarlo y hacerte sentir en casa. Disfrutamos mucho de los tours recomendados por el hotel y del Show de Tango La Ventana. Nos vamos enamoradas de Argentina 💙

El lugar y el servicio es magnífico, muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones agradables. Gustavo y Denisse estuvieron siempre pendientes de que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor, incluso si un inconveniente se presenta ellos están siempre proactivos a solucionarlo. La comida muy rica en el hotel y el tango show en la ventana que reservamos a través del hotel fue espectacular!

Ilum Experience Home was wonderful. Super clean, very inviting, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is also outstanding.

Illum is a fantastic hotel- the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Gave us tips and advice. The hotel breakfast was great- fresh fruit, nuts and homemade baked goods. We really enjoyed our stay. 10/10

My stay at the Ilum was fantastic! Hotel staff are very friendly and made my stay be a great experience! Very clean and beautiful decoration! Excellent location! Breakfast delicious and had a beautiful surprise for my birthday! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the location away from the center part of the city. Some nice restaurants in the area. The front desk staff was outstanding.

The staff and service at this hotel were amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly, more importantly, they were very attentive when we called. My only pet peeve was the air conditioning, although it seems you control it in the room, you really don't. We called a few times due to the lack of a/c to find out that they actually control it from the reception area at the lobby. Also, you had to run the hot water for about 3 minutes for it to kick-in - quite a waste of water and time.
