The pictures don’t do this property justice, I expected my room to feel small and claustrophobic, but it was actually very bright and airy with a gorgeous view of the town. Service was amazing and eleonora was just lovely. She helped me recover a pair of lost AirPods.

A historical building with lovely view of the Main Street, AC, strong water pressure and comfortable bed. The host who checked me in was incredible. Not sure of her name but she was there in the evening of July 01,2023. The place is old but clean and it was perfect for my stay. Da Dublin is their sister store about 30 feet away and served a fantastic dinner.

This room was PERFECT-- right on the main street with all the shopping & restaurant choices. A simple walk to the marina & Beach. Highly recommend.

Great budget option. Nothing fancy; the room was plain but clean, comfortable, and close to the center of town. If you want romantic views of the sea, this is not for you; if you want a place to sleep in comfort that's accessible and not overpriced, this IS for you!

The picture depicting rooms is misleading. We thought we had a balcony with a view but it was actually across the roof tops which we could see from our window. Room never got sun although was nice to be able to open windows. Breakfast was amazing. Great hostess and lovely food. Shame so many tourists take more than they intend to eat in one go and leave it to go to waste. Steep steps to room may not suit some people.

we request upgrade from samuel and we got lucky is in 5th floor lots of stairs on top of bar zorza this is a beautiful place thank you..our memories of riomagiore is unforgetable .and our included generous breakfast in the bar , the best caffucino in the world serve by friendly olga thank you ca'de lishi we will back ,,

Quiet, very nice view, small town vibration

Humble room at he top of 47 very steep steps; this would be a difficult climb for anyone with mobility issues. Beds were comfortable, rooms quiet. Great location in the heart of town. No view out of window. Limited continental breakfast was acceptable.

Location is right in Riomaggiore. Pleasant stay and nice breakfast included. Access to Wifi was not available in the room as the room was a short walk from the lobby.

The staff could have been more helpful.

This particular unit was obviously a small apartment divided into multiple bedroom / bathroom units. The bathroom was newly tiled. The toilet, sink and shower all still had price stickers on it. The towel and paper racks were cheap plastic. A brochure holder was screwed to the sink wall. Very Cassey! The bed was hard and lumpy, perhaps a former futon? There was no personal safe in the unit, and the windows could have been accessed by anyone with a little imagination. The cleaning staff came daily, but left the windows open while we were out. We took our valuables with us all day. We checked in at a small office about a block away from our unit. We were taking up to our room, about a block up the street, and up 61 steps before entering the unit. Breakfast was served in a small room behind the check in office. The food was average but fine. WIFI was included, but not in the room. You had to be within a short distance of the check in office. So each night we would walk down 61 steps to use the Wifi outside of the check in office, if it was working that evening. We asked to be moved to a more secure unit, but they had nothing available in the same price range. The staff person was pleasant, but not help for information or simple items like a hair dryer, that was not in the unit. Riomaggorie was a great location for visiting Cinque Terre, but this property is falsely advertised. Obviously I will not recommend to friends.

nice people run this place; they waited for us to check in, when we were delayed they have rooms at many different levels; the climb to our room was steep & only the fully fit can make it! other than that, great location & good breakfast spread!

Not bad for a short stay and if 1) it's not too hot (no aircon, but does supply fan if requested), 2) you don't have checked luggage (you could be walking 2 long flights of narrow and steps) 3)you don't mind not having internet and black spots for reception.

7 min walk from train station but very strenuous uphill walk with a lot of steps. May be typical for Cinque Terre. Staff was very nice and so was breakfast. Small room and bathroom. Odd smell to bathroom. May stay there again. Not good for older couples or those with babies. Or not physically fit.

Clean and good without carrying big baggages. The bywalk is very not wide with carriers.

Easy check in, good location and great free breakfast. A great option for the town.

The establishment has rooms in several different locations and we got one that required us to climb even higher and negotiate more steps. Quite a chore with two luggage cases. Nevertheless, room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

This hotel was exactly as advertised. Centrally located in town. Perfect launching point for hiking or taking the train. Maid service everyday and a wonderful balcony overlooking town and the water!
