yard and area around property unkept

The location was great as it was right by the highway. The amenities were great with indoor pool and a gym. A little deferred maintenance and almost zero water issue were the only negatives.

It was great

My son was having surgery at the Shriners Hospital and Madison was so helpful and comforting. We will definitely stay there every time we come The room was perfect!!

The staff was super nice, the bed was super comfortable and I slept great. Didn’t get to try the breakfast because we had to check out before it was ready, but I will definitely stay there again.

Room was dirty, no shower curtain for the shower, phone didn’t work, elevator was broken and room was on the 4th floor. Would not recommend!

Very dangerous situation happened in the room next to mine and the person at the front desk called never called the police after I called and asked them to. I was terrified all night long.

My room was extremely quiet, despite the fact that there was a relatively busy railroad approximately 100 feet away. The entire facility was quite clean, and the breakfast, while not opulent, was certainly adequate. I would Certainly stay here again.
