Short distance from public transportation. The problem was the name of the hotel in app still Butterfly on Prat, so there was some confusion when we did the check in. Thank God, it is already renamed in app as Dash Living

The location of the hotel is convenient for travel.

Not quite close to the motorbike, Shandar Tha Tsu is around 200 meters and the hotel is also close to Ichiran Ramen (24 hours). The most interesting thing is being able to pocket WiFi which is quite reliable during the streets in Hong Kong and its surroundings. Rooms are quite spacious and neat. TV channels broadcast English league too.

Rooms were smaller than expected. No proper Hotel Lobby, it is located in dun-gent area. No closing for bath rooms, no mirror outside the bathroom. Lift were too much shaking and kids were scared while travelling in the lift. For the rate I paid, I felt it is not worth. I should have searched much better option

So worth it. The room was clean and too big for our fam of 4, they always change the towels and replenish the toiletries. As for the staff, they're kind and can speak and understand english. That's a bug factor esp in hk. Overall we had an awesome stay😊👍🏼👍🏼

The receptionist service is very good, friendly and not difficult, I ordered a family room, the room is big and clean. No regret choosing this hotel for my family😘

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, strategic location near the beach and shopping centers, MTR station is also only 200 m, the waitress is friendly, the hotel is clean, so I want to go back to this hotel if you go to Hongkong again.

The receptionist is friendly, can pocket free WiFi too, the room is comfortable and always cleaned everyday. Recommended!

Room is ok. Except that there is no bidet in the toilet.

nice staff, nice room, nice services. there are many things that you can rent for freely at receptionists such as powerbank, handfan, selfie sticks, etc. got free portable wifi for free rent. can check in early since my room is ready, lucky me. recommended 👍

My family had a pleasant stay at Butterfly on Prat. Their family room is big enough for a family of 5. We had 3 kids and it was difficult to find hotels in HK that catered to big families. The location was awesome! It was a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. McDonald's, 7-11 and Circle K was just on the same street as the hotel. A lot of authentic Chinese/Cantonese restos were also on the same street and the food was so good! It was very accessible! The room is always clean and the towels were changed every day. We had a very comfortable stay and rested well after our days out of going around Hong Kong. We will definitely stay again at this hotel when we come back to HK!

It has big space for hongkong room hotel , the staff was very nice and helpfull. Eventhough there was no restaurant but we could get hongkong authentic breakfast and snacks nearby. It takes around 10-15 to get MTR.

Really recommend the hotel, in the center of shopping and dining. Also not far from the Tsimim Sha Tsui Station. Clean rooms and fragrant aromatherapy.
