Amazing hotel, great service and in a prime location

A great location for our visit to Lisbon- we were a group of 10. Hotel was great- rooms perfect, lovely buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff but when asking for something such as cups they never came and rooms were cleaned far too late so I couldn’t feed my baby when I came back to the hotel in the afternoon as it was still being cleaned or hadn’t been cleaned yet.

Nice little hotel right in the middle of the tourist area of Lisbon. Rooms are mostly small but modern and very clean. Would stay here again

The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful to me in finding the stores and places I wanted to go, and the buffet breakfast was over the top good. The location was central to old town Lisbon and a great place to start a visit there.

Lovely hotel with a great central location. Staff were so friendly on check in and check out. Room was quirky with the wooden tile feature wall , was lucky to have 2 sets of Juliette balcony French doors allowing us to soak up the city from above street level. Lots of amenities available. Really comfy well sized single beds. AC worked a dream.

This hotel was amazing! So clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind! The breakfast buffet was impeccable and always kept replenished and fresh. I would gladly stay at this hotel again in the future!

Great location

This was a lovely hotel in such a good location for our trip to Lisbon. The hotel was modern and clean with everything we could need in the room. We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked like it had a good menu and space to eat! The room wasn’t huge but had a good amount of storage for our things and had enough room to move around the bed and get ready! The bathroom was so lovely and the shower was perfect pressure and temperature! Particular shout out to the staff at the hotel, they got us a room early for check in, were super helpful, always friendly when we came into the hotel and made the effort for special touches to make my birthday wonderful! I couldn’t fault them at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I can’t wait for my next stay in Lisbon as I will be back to this hotel!
