Good facilities in a peaceful setting. The kids loved the confidence course and the pool. It was close to the waterfall and where you go to try and see some wildlife. Although we only saw a snake and some bison no one can control how much wildlife you see and it was still enjoyable. Unlikely to see much more in this location as there is a reasonable amount of jeep traffic.

Large grounds with cottages spaced well apart. The cooks made me porridge for breakfast even though it wasn't on the buffet. I liked that I could go walking in the Wildlife Reserve that was right beside the hotel grounds.

Upon arrival it was immediately apparent that the website photographs are either very old, or very photoshopped. There is an air of disrepair over the entire place. The spa was partly 'undergoing maintenance', with the remainder dark and dank. The gym equipment was broken and dangerous (the treadmill threw my wife off by stopping abruptly whilst she was at a high speed). The spa menu also contained items that the staff had never heard of! The 'Go Wild' tree-top adventure trail was in complete ruin, utterly unsafe, whilst the 'Safari BBQ' was a long-closed rusty, dirty gazebo, Everything else was either broken or run down. Large parts of the resort seemed to have been long abandoned. Our room was dark and damp, with a door that didn't close properly. The chocolate in the minibar was so old it had turned completely white, and every single item of bedding, and all the towels were dirty and stained. We were offered an 'upgrade' to the 'luxury tents' and went to have a look. Walking in the smell of damp and mould hits you, and the white canvas of the tent is spotted black with it all over. Very unpleasant, we declined! The restaurant has plastic garden furniture for the tables and chairs, as well as plastic plates which were all stained, and every item of linen was very obviously dirty, with large marks. The waiter accidentally let slip to us that none of the food is fresh, and the seafood especially is all frozen. Staff didn't seem to care about, or recognise, the issues.

Advertised very well...however, once you get there its a whole different picture, as a number of their things are not working. Food wasn't very good either, as my stomach was out from the time we had our first meal there. Linen was stained.

This place was expensive, in the middle of no where, the tents were dirty, mouldy, there was no maintenance done on them at all. please look at trip adviser for some more reviews.

We spent five nights here and had a most enjoyable time. We had booked a cottage, which was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is not a 'luxury' resort, but the prices reflect this. The grounds are spacious and prettily laid out. We enjoyed the food and found the service good. All the staff were very efficient and helpful. The swimming pool was smallish, but always clean; more sun loungers are needed though.

We stayed in a Tent for 3Nights & the experience was good. We had the elements of nature - from tree-frogs to monkeys - outside. The Restaurant fare & food quality /options are good. The swimming pool could have been bigger. Service quality, hygeine and staff courtesy is also appreciable. Go for it!

Decent rooms , polite and helpful reception. Buffet very ordinary . Couple of occasions food that was exhausted in the buffet menu was not replenished , Pooris were replaced with bread though there was 1 and half hours for the breakfast timing left but there is a choice of A LaCarte Restaurant bill can be paid by card during checkout Cash needed for hiring cars so please arrange sufficient funds since nearest ATM is 20 Kms away as I was informed. Dudhsagar falls apparently the only attraction around the resort so if you want to do things other than relaxing within the premises it could be a problem

It nice to stay in the Tent.We stayed in tent 208.The tent earlier provided was not nice and we requested for a different tent. We got it the next day.Its a great feeling to stay in a tent. We went during the middle of monsoon. And as expected the tent was full of moist smell. It was really bad. Only if we switch on the fan the smell would reduce. Mattress smelt of moist really bad. Repeated request for room freshener was not fulfilled.Electric sockets were in bad shape as it would come out the moment we pull out any plug. Bath tub which is made of slab and concrete would leak and not hold even 5 inch of water in it.This was very dissappointing.Hot water is thru individual geysers in the tent and hence impossible to fill the tub with even luke warm water. Wooden cupboards had moist all over and hence we could not keep any clothes in it. So we lived out of a suitcase. Swimming pool as small but well maintained. Spa is average. Restaurant is ok as well. Staff has always been very cooperative.
