Very sstisfactory stay

Everyone was awesome, the front desk staff was so kind!

Great stay

Good stay! I would have been happier if the pool wasn't frigid and the hot tub worked. Everything else was great!

Dirty place, fridge had mold, customer service is mediocre at best, charged for parking even tho says free parking

I was charged an extra $20 on reservation price. I was invoiced for reservation price but credit card charge was additional $20 for no incidentals and no explanation.

Excellent

Brand new hotel. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The only 2 things I had problems with no WiFi package and no hdmi change on the TVs. Cheesy controller for tv with in input changes. It’s changing in July so both things should be fixed.

My husband and I stay here when we visit our friends in Nottingham. Our last stay was such a great experience we decided to book again for our weekend trip. The staff is excellent and facility is quiet and clean.

Service was great!

The room layout was great, worked well for a family. The employees were wonderful and deserve all the accolades for being warm and welcoming during a very busy weekend.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The hotel was very busy but the staff was extremely nice and everything went smoothly. This was our second stay there and plan on going there again when we visit our daughter.
