We love this hotel and we stay there at least once a year. The staff are very friendly and the food and accommodation is first rate. We also like the spa and gym. The only thing that did not seem to be happen was the point addition for 'The Club' scheme which staff did not seem to be aware of. One of them told me that the scheme was ending this month although I do not rememeber being notified of this.

Excellent staff, service & breakfast

Great staff and hotel with brilliant leisure facilities, ideal when staying with kids. Only frustration is inability to book a 4 person family room (1 x double and 2 x single beds) for a family of 4 due to hotel rules (so Expedia tell me!).

The rooms were spacious but were very outdated. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was lovely. Overall a fantastic experience.

1 night stay for business. Overall not a great hotel, dated and in need of a revamp. Room had a strong smell of stale water coming from bathroom

The staff here went out of their way to ensure my warmth and comfort after it was discovered the radiator in my room wasn't working. The hotel was full so no other rooms were available to move me. They brought in a portable heater and the room has been quite lovely.

The hotel was fine. Staff were not the friendliest but they were polite and professional. There was so much bleach used on the sheets that I could smell bleach all night in bed and woke up with a sore throat. Big parking lot with plenty of free parking which was great - but it would have helped if they had more directional signage in the parking lot pointing to the main entrance.

Lovely clean hotel... food was good... nice and central. great price..my only little gripe... bed was a little too hard for us.. other than that we had a pleasant stay.. we would stay again...Thanks

Great place local to my customer

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Check in was very qjuick. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully furnished. Bedroom very clean and comfortable with ample plug-in and USB points. The only issue is not enough tea or coffee in the tray. The only mirror is in the bathroom, making applying make up difficult whilst partner is showering, steamy mirrors. Really could do with a mirror in a well lit area of bedroom. We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was of excellent quality. I would definitely stay here again.

TV and WiFi signal are poor. Irish TV stations are not an issue but any available UK TV channel had poor signal and would freeze on a frequent basis.

I had a very pleasant stay here and the staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

The hotel was very friendly, clean and near to the shopping area.

Lovely waitress in the bar area. Took the time to chat which was nice as on my own for business. Limited menu. Breakfast isn’t great. Bacon hard and most in hot covers but food generally not hot.
