Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, large terrace with amazing sea views. Helpful staff and good selection of food in the hotel restaurant . We also enjoyed the hotel entertainment and lovely swimming pools. Short walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the center of Salou.

Got bed bugs

Good for the cheap price. Room is average, has all that it needs, even a fridge which you usually don’t get. Breakfast was ok, had a good selection of cakes and pastries, fridge full of yoghurts and usual Scrambled egg, bacon and beans. No one at the pool due to it being so cold as in shaded area, entertainment was in resort 1 although we didn’t stick around hotel due to many things planned during our stay. It’s in a good area, not too long of a walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby. You have a choice for main beach or there’s a small beach if you go to the left, it all links up and a nice walk. Would definitely go here again for a cheap stay

The hotel is situated in a great area, local to shops and beach, the staff at this hotel who work in the restaurant area are rude af The food options was ok, but the staff who serve it was so rude, and they make you pay for water out the water machine I went half board and I get that I'd have to pay for fizzy drinks and alcohol etc but water The pool area is small and situated between 2 hotel blocks so doesn't always get good sun, it was bearable if you knew the good spots where to pitch your sun lounger for the day

No working jacuzzi No spa No free tap water with dinner Rooms are acceptable but not spotless, thick dusty tops. Toilet has skid marks in bowl and on seat Bath had several hairs Shower water was temperamental in the mornings when other guests flush their toilets. The bathroom extractor fan was not working properly, other rooms’ toilet odours made their way through the vent and poisoned the air.

Air conditioning is very outdated and dusty leaving a strong smell in the room. The breakfast was pretty bad and barely edible in fairness. The only safe options are what were not cooked directly by staff. The hotel strength is its location and proximity to beach, center and transportation to portaventura Park. Correct place to stay but I cannot imagine having all inclusive there it would be painful.

Rooms were and comfy

On arrival I was asked for copies of my booking which I only keep in my Hotels.com virtual wallet. I was then asked to email over all 6 seperate bookings. By this time the rest of my party (12 total) had checked in without any issue? In the end I didn't need to send them so was a waste of time. Hotel itself was good, nice pool area and bar staff were great. Room itself was nice but only one extremely flat pillow provided and no spares. Other members of the party ahd extremely bad smells from the drains but was told they'd just put bleach down and to come back later, did not improve! Restaurant staff were very unaccommodating, rude, obviously not very happy in their jobs and took it out on paying customers. I was scolded for making my son a small sandwich at breakfast to take with him (as he hadn't eaten), I paid for half board and was only eating there once due to a day trip. Made to feel like we were an inconvenience being there, maybe due to end of season I don't know. Plenty of nice places to eat especially Gabbers just down the road who couldn't of been more accommodating to us and all our children.

On check in I was asked to email over all my booking confirmation details even though I had in my hotels.com wallet and they clearly had my records available. I'd made 5 separate booking for my party therefore was not ideal after all the travelling. Eventually I didn't need to as the rest of my party had already checked in by this point. I cannot fault the actual hotel or rooms, they were clean and quite modern. Comfort wise they were ok although if you like a pillow then you'll be disappointed as you get one non-existent pillow and no spare. Food was ok but lots of nice eating places around especially Gabbers, really friendly and great food at a good price. Unfortunately the staff let the place down, the restaurant being the worst. We were there as a group with many children and there was no friendly smiles or greeting wherever you went. You were made to feel like you were an inconvenience. At breakfast as we had to be out early for a trip, I made my son a small bread roll with a piece of ham on and I was scorned loudly that I could not do it. Absolutely pathetic especially when I'd paid for Half board and was going to be out of the hotel all day without any other meals. I still took it or it would of gone in the bin anyway surely? Bar staff were by far the nicest, maybe as it's end of season and they were all fed up but based on that I would not return. Manager was helpful when were changing hotel from Park II to Park I when other staff didn't seem to know.

Basic hotel. Rom very small. Waiting and bar staff are a credit to the hotel. Food not bad but tended to be quite cold (self serve buffet) especially at breakfast - could do with a rethink on how eggs are fried (swimming in grease) and how food is kept hot. Rooms cleaned daily, could do with updating rooms. Front of house reception staff can be somewhat dismissive (especially receptionist - blondish curly hair) who was my first contact when I arrived and did not impress

We stayed here for 1 night and it was okay. The room was nice and modern. The bathroom was very small but had a bathtub which was good. However the food was not very good. There was not much selection, and it was quite cold too. We wish we hadn’t booked half board and had gone elsewhere for dinner. We much preferred the 4R playa park - not much difference in price, same brand, very close to this hotel and the food was amazing.

When we arrived the hotel could not find our booking. Finally got to the room the bathroom was disgusting. Bed is solid and only one pillow. Bar staff where rude. Breakfast was not good, no staff around pool area children left to run wild and dive in pool every 2 minutes soaking everyone around. Walls paper thin could head couple next doors loud bedroom antics every night. Not a relaxing hotel for couples.

The overall appearance of the hotel was good. The room was modern and clean, The breakfast lunch and dinner at the hotel was much better then we expected. Plus the hotel staff were all very polite and helpful during our stay at the hotel.

No room for parking no even in the hotels 18e per night car park.

Great hotel, beach 5 mins walk away, shops and bars a couple of minutes away. Hotel very clean, staff very helpful.

i have stayed in this hotel twice now and i have found it very enjoyable.the rooms are very clean and the air con is great.the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly.the two pools are great and are suitable for children.The hotel is very near the local beach and is in walking distance to shops and all local nightclubs.when i return to salou i hope to stay here again.

Muy masificado y caótica sin control.El aparcamiento es penoso y el hotel te cobra si quieres parking 12€ por día y obligatorio para toda la estancia las tarjetas no funcionan para entrar o salir del parking y el timbre para que te habrán no está disponible la mayoría de las veces. Nos hemos visto atrapados entre puertas durante minutos sin que las supuestas cámaras de seguridad las miraran para ver que pasaba. Los ascensores averiados durante varios días . El supuesto spa es de pago cuando se ofrece como servicio del hotel. Y para colmo tardaron 24 en darse cuenta de que la habitación que ocupaba no era la que me correspondía. PENOSO
