Lovely and quaint, but just a bit dated. Clean rooms, nice dining facilities

The rooms were fine but the service in the grand cafe on Friday evening was not good. Slow, wrong order, not all options available and service from Martin was not friendly at all.

Quiet and rural, actually has Forest around it! With hiking trails. Also bike rentals and picnic lunch services.

Lovely hotel with great surroundings.

The rooms don’t match the hotel exterior and lobby; it’s extremely misleading. The rooms are basically dorm rooms and the rest of the hotel is nice modern artistic hotel. The nature surrounding the hotel is simply amazing.

The hospitality is incredible here! We also got to eat well with the high-quality breakfast buffet before heading to Defqon.1

Arrived at 4.30pm on buisest day of the year to be told they had oversold the rooms and that my booking was cancelled. Stay away.

Reception was very quick and helpful; the room was in good order (although the carpet was quite stained); breakfast was 5*. Overall a good experience.

Nice location, nice town

All ok

The check in was nice and quick. The room that we got was outdated, and had a real "closed" smell in it. Additionaly, the walls and ceiling was full of hanging dust and corps of dead insects... We complained and received immediately a different room, also dated but a lot cleaner but with that same smell. We didn't want to open the window fearing of insects and mosquitoes. Breakfast is nice, easy parking and good service.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our only regret was that we booked one night, when we asked about staying a 2nd night we found out it was fully booked. Definitely recommend.

Completely outdated hotel and rooms, not worth the price and the 4* rating. We got a room with a broken sink. After reporting this to the staff, we were offered another room. Apparently they were aware about the broken sink in our first room... We got a voucher for 2 non-alcoholic drinks in the 'bar'.

STD room a bit on the older side unlike those shown in the photos. No capsule coffee machine as shown in photos. Was told only available in higher class rooms.

Lovely location - room overlooked the woods at the back - beautiful view. Spacious hotel with great friendly staff - will certainly stay there again next time I’m in the area

Beautiful location, well equipped rooms ( in addition to a desk, there was a dressing table with mirror in the room) , spotless, comfortable public areas, lavish breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely town 10 minutes walk with lots of places to eat if you want to go out.

Visited 2 nights for business rooms comfortable and clean but a bit out dated. There was an issue with the hot water pump on the second morning which meant no hot water although I understand this was fixed within 30 minutes of being reported but too late for me. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from Nunspreet Train station and town center . There is a good choice of restaurants in the town although note that many did not take credit/debit cards so cash is needed. Breakfast was as expected for this standard of hotel. Overall the hotel is good value. Free wifi was good enough to stream video

Comfortable, quiet, convenient for business, and a short walk from the town of Nunspeet

Secluded location , was quiet due to school holidays . Sauna was great and pool .
