My reservation had to be reentered in system. I requested a king or queen single bed. The attendant asked which I preferred double or 1 bed. I replied. One bed. Gave me the key and it was a double bed room. I went down to clear it up. She gave me a king bed but the ac had a wet towel under it. Only had one towel for my husband and I. It was not a great check in. Towels were not very white. Bathtub was a bit slippery could use a plastic shower mat option. Which didn’t.

This hotel is over-priced and low-quality. While the staff was nice, the property was run-down and faulty.

Poor conditions and facilities in general. Front desk Staff could be a bit friendlier and more supportive, invoicing process when checking in/out was not clear/easy enough. Security guys on the other side were kind and friendly.

Excellent place to rest

The hotel is nice but it is showing its age, the only issue I had was that my room was not ready, I arrived at 540 pm and had to wait till 630.

Online it says laundry for family and when we asked they said no . Also they painted with oil paint and we could smell it all night

It was just ok. but the best option in the area for my needs. I will most likely stay at NH Coatz if i am made to return to Coatzacoalcos.
