Amo este hotel. La gente es muy amable. Esta ubicada cerca de todo. Ellos contestaron todas mis preguntas. Siempre llegaron con hielo, mis cervezas, botellas de agua, toallas, y todo 5 estrellas. Voy a regresar muy pronto.

Las habitaciones son lindas, el espacio en general es agradable y silencioso, el staff es muy amable y servicial, la calle es un poco complicada para caminar, pero una vez que se le agarra el modo todo bien.

Not worth the price. Room was not properly cleaned, hairs all over the place, pillows, chairs, shower. I would not recommend this hotel

Place is nice but old. Not a truly boutique hotel at all. Staff is really nice.

Love every part of it

Love the rooms. Most of my relatives stayed here and every room is different. Like how friendly the staff is as well. Always very attentive to our needs.

Everyone at the Hotel was kind, polite and friendly. We loved our staying at the hotel. Very clean room, loved the Patio. The breakfast by the pool was very good. We felt sefe with the security of the hotel.

Se recomienda mejorar la limpieza de las áreas comunes, poner café de cortesía en las habitaciones toda vez que se hace llamar Hotel Boutique.

Wonderful staff! Very attentive and accommodating. Charming colonial manor tucked away in the city center of Cuernavaca. Lovely decor! Only downside is the restaurant hours, we arrived after a long day of travel and it is only open on the weekends.
