A very old building in need of updating and basic cleanliness service. There are no restaurants in the immediate area which presents a problem as there is no food service offered in this building save for a pot of coffee on hand. There is no real suites, just basic hotel rooms with carpeting in need of replacement as it is sadly ancient. There is no view from dirty windows.

Staff was helpful. Carpet needed to be cleaned multiple bathroom fixtures had rust. The room temp can't be independently controlled so if your cold your out of luck.

The staff was very friendly, especially Christobell. Good location for getting on a Cruise ship and very affordable. In the middle of lots of night life and restaurants. We will stay there again. Slept just as good as being in a $400 room. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of hot water.

Great location right in the heart of old San Juan. Nothing overly fancy but was great for a last minute booking.

A clean and very basic place to stay in old San Juan

There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it is clean, great showers and a comfortable bed. It is in the middle of Old San Juan and you can walk to everything.

Each room is like a coffin - absolutely no light - the only good thing is it’s near downtown -

Perfect location in Old San Juan that cloeses everything

Very old building, musty smell. Water didn’t work during the afternoon. May of been an issue in the area though. Our TV didn’t work and it took the staff hours to fix the issue. Stayed there twice and each time there were no wash cloths. Asked for extra pillows and staff said there were no additional pillows as they were sold out that night. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Will not book there again. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly.

Located in a good area to explore. Right in Old San Juan. Very simple room. Clean bed and bathroom.

Everything was as I expected. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean and reason on arrival. Old San Juan experienced a long power outage, but the building maintained power, except for the elevator. It’s a small hotel, so the walk up the stairs was not bad. I would certainly book with them again.
