Nice hotel with very friendly staff, clean room and the restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay and well connected to towb but in easy reach to the highways

The staff was super friendly but this hotel needs more staff. It’s one person doing everything, check in, waiter and room service. The tv wasn’t working, i waited 30 minutes for the waiter to pass by and fix it for us. After he fixed it, it stopped working again (antenna wasn’t connecting). I didn’t want to call him again because i knew he was the only one running the entire place. So I had a hotel room without a working tv. There’s no parking if you arrive after 9:30pm. Rooms are super small but good if you just need a bed and shower. It’s clean and quiet. Perfect for a goodnight rest :)

It was very good but only the bathroom wasn’t amazing. The water of the rainshower was going all over the place so not ideal to keep the bathroom tidy. This was the only remark as all the other things were good.

Room was Too small

We had an amazing stay. We were there for two weeks and felt right at home. The owners and staff are so nice. We commented over and over that these were the nicest people we had ever met. They gave us great recommendations and really cared that we enjoyed our stay with them. We couldn’t recommend the Hotel Zuid highly enough!

Great place to stay a little out of town.

The hotel looks new and very well decorated. but the room was quite dirty and full of mosquitos (even with the widows closed the whole day)

We had an overnight stay with 3 rooms for our group. The rooms were great, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast was perfect for us.

Hotel is really nice for price and restaurant has fantastic food for dinner. Hotel room had a musty smell to it but rooms were nice other than that.

Travelled for football for one night, was difficult to find somewhere to stay, but this was well enough Positioned for Genk. Did not see too much of the room, but was comfortable and friendly, no issues.

Potentially the best decorated hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Lovely staff as well who entertained me practicing my Dutch!

On the plus side first appearance the hotel as very nice, the decor was very rustic but pleasing, the staff polite. On the down side the finer points of cleaning / hygiene coffee cups with dirty water in the bottom where they were not dried after washing, hair on the bathroom walls. Tea/coffee making facility down to just a small coffee machine with one type of brand very strong caffeinated. On the whole not to bad

This waa a great place to stay in Genk the bus stops right in front and straight shot to Genk downtown.

the Hotel is fine but the payment is high and not fit the facilities also,the OC said that payment will be 140 euro and in the end we pay 190 euro
