The apartment given to us was not what we booked. Also, on site construction meant there was hoardings in front of our balcony so we could not get any views. We did not use the exterior facilities at all. Management had no option to transfer us as they were fully booked.

Spacious, clean and super close to beach, bakery, coffee. Kids enjoyed the pool.

True value money in Kirra. Convenient and close to restaurants and shopping, perfect for chilling-out. Found markings on blankets and a breast-pad.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Receptionist was very helpful especially when I booked the initial dates wrong. The apartment was spotless and spacious, also literally 2 minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from convenience store, bakers and cafes. Highly recommended

Last minute booking, looked after well, upgraded so happy with a larger apartment with ocean view. Location is good, eateries next door. Nice walk to Coolangatta.

Well positioned in Kirra and next to a small shopping centre with great bakery and all extras that you could want. Had horrific rainy weather and high winds, but it was still very cosy in the unit. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit so had plenty of room. Comfy bed, big kitchen, good washing machine and dryer and all within easy walking distance to the beach. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for an affordable unit on the Gold Coast.

room was great, best value on the coast. I resently moved back to Australia and for the past 6 weeks stayed in multiple appartments. this place is by far the best room bang for buck. I don't usualy leave reviews but this place needs a good one

The place is ok, clean and close to everything. But my only concern is that there are cockroaches in the room, there are cockroaches crawling on our bed.

Great location

On arrival was told air con not working, they did put portable fans in room it was fixed on day 4. Expedia site said pool view room we got the back of commercial building view. We did not use balcony because of this it was very inviting. We would have booked other accommodation if we knew this was the view. Great area to stay in Kirra though.

I have submitted a formal complaint as our 2br apartment was absolutely filthy and the flooring very unsafe (Slippery film across the tiles), furniture was very old and worn (eg: leather lounge seat torn & outdoor table peeling paint and rusty). I would never stay at this property again. The photos on the website are nothing like the apartment we were allocated.

Very happy with all aspects of our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and welcoming. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Heating was a bit noisy but worked well once you learned to use it.

This property was close to most restaurants and cafes.

Super friendly and helpful staff at check-in and check-out. Excellent views. Perfect for a family holiday.

Great stay at Cooli Rocks time.Big comfy apartment 4 bedrooms. Fantastic location just walked around the road to all the fun. Lovely views of the beautiful beach. Pool was very cold so sad for kids and me but otherwise a perfect place for a family holiday

Dirty, loud, tooth brush left in shower and stains all over bedding. Comfy bed was the only positive
