The hotel is very isolated. The rooms are clean, but tired and stark. Staff at reception were good, but didn't really help. The restaurant staff were ride and unhelpful. This hotel is ok for a one night stop at a push.

Conveniently located near the highway and a gas station. Easy access to airport about 10-15 minutes away. San Sebastián is about 25 min by car. Great for families - large rooms. Convent restaurant on premise with good dinning options.

Everything was good, apart from the hair dryer, it was not functional, no electricity near the dryer to make it work as the hair dryer is fixed to the wall near the mirror. The telephone is not connected to the reception, no info at the arrival how to contact the reception service if any questions

Excellent hotel with very good restaurant and buffet breakfast, also a bar and cafe. Room was large and comfortable, it even had a fridge. Plenty of parking, easy to get to, just off the motorway.

We were beginning the Camino and this was our first hotel. It was the perfect place to rest and prepare for the week.

The room was very minimalist, very clean. The service was also wonderful, especially our waiter Adrian, who was most kind and patient with three tired foreigners new to Spain.

The breakfast was excellent. A budget friendly but clean and well maintained. The staff at the reception could have been more pleasant. A Smile could be nice.

A mixed bag... The Pro's - the hotel looks lovely from the outside and is very convenient location-wise. The beds were comfortable and my room was very spacious. The hotel was also a great price for the night and the attached bar and restaurant clearly very popular with the locals. The Cons - Definitely bring some ear plugs as the walls are paper thin and there's lots of door slamming, loud TV's and other noise to contend with. Also, whilst the gentleman checking me in was helpful and friendly, his female counterpart when I wanted to check-out the following morning was very much the opposite, but maybe she was have a bad day, or maybe doesn't care too much about repeat business.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff and simple but tasty food in the cafe bar area. Excellent breakfast served by very hard working , efficient friendly people.

We always stay at Urdanibia Park on our way to Spain. The hotel is unbelievable value for money and the staff is professional and friendly.

A very good ,modern hotel, close to the motorway. So a handy stop. The room was clean, large and with free parking.

Good staff good resteraunt a bit strange to find but worth the extra effort

great stop over hotel. Ive stayed here a couple of times with my family and really rated the first visit. Unfortunately the restaurant which was great on my first visit was a real disappointment this time. The food was just cold as it hadn't been heated enough. The table next to ours had tge same problem and sent the croquettes back to be reheated. in fairness the hotel was packed but was disappointing.

Room was lovely. We was n room 222 and you could hear traffic noise all night. Apart from that t was excellent.

Facil para llegar en auto o taxi, dificil por otro medio. Esta en medio de un nudo de rutas y vias con mucho transito. El entorno es boscoso y agradable.
