I have been staying at this hotel for the third year and every year between 4 and 5 times, and I always park in the hotel's parking lot, which is free of charge. This time they surprised me and asked for a payment for the parking , of course I explained to them that they never charged a fee for the parking and if they insisted that I pay I will stop staying with them, they ended up not charging for the parking, nor could I use my points due to a problem with the computer system.

Really nice hotel, lovely large rooms and friendly staff. Very convenient for my business trip.

Very nice modern hotel. Potentially due to covid the room was lacking in info material about how to go to swimming pool or fitness centre which is in a seperate building. Room was modern and clean, lovely shower.

Great modern hotel (better than many 5 star hotels) set in an nice area about 12 minutes easy walk to the oold town square. Friendly professional staff and a nice restaurant with reasonable prices. The hotel has an connecting corridor to upmarket fitness complex next to it, which has a pool and outside area (but chargeable; 250 CZK per visit).

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, lots of parking space and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. We will stay there again for sure.

Modern luxery hotel with very pleasant staff and nice restaurant. Jana was a very pleasant waitress for us and we have got full attention from her as well ad her colleague. Food was really good. Parking was direct in front of hotel and room eas great. Breakfast was superb.

Modern hotel with easy driving access and secure parking in front. A straight 10 minute walk to Centrum area and right across street from stadium. Safe area for walking even at night. Restaurants etc same 10 minute walk.

Clean and comfortable modern hotel with lots of free parking. Location not particularly attractive but in fact it is not far from city centre. We arrived quite late in the evening and the restaurant was about to close but they stayed open for us and served an excellent dinner without any pressure to rush.

Staying on business now my second day of 3 and the staff and hotel are fantastic, clean and everything you could need i highly recommend it

Excellent location, walking distance to city center, public transportation, soccer stadium and arguably, the best gym/sports complex in the city.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The cleanliness, décor etc was typical of NH Hotel. The service in the restaurant was good, however the quality and quantity of food for dinner was very underwhelming. As the hotel is not in the centre of town you would have to I guess get a taxi to a restaurant.
