Awesome hotel. Amazing view of the Mosque. Staff are super friendly, and there’s a sauna and a pool. What more can you ask for ?

This was a great short getaway for us. The location was also convenient. Every member of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel for my brother and his family. They were super happy with their stay. It was a birthday gift for my niece and nephew. Break fast was good, room was super clean and pool was very clean. Staff is friendly and parking is free.

Very nice hotel, great location and helpful staff. Only issue we had was there wasnt any hot water coming out of the showers, which ruined the comfort part of things. Staff were great for accomodating us before that though, got a little upgrade, let us have a later checkout so we could use the pool for longer and adjusted to suit our little one in the restaurant/bar

Good hotel to stay for a few days for an event in Fujairah, breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

For the ridiculously high price we paid for a 2 bed room suite, the service was very average. The rooms were not carpeted. The kitchen had no crockery, not even basic cutlery, glasses, and had to ask for everything. The kitchen did not have microwave oven, and no dish washing soap even after requesting. So I had to order from outside to wash kids feeder bottles. The breakfast list didn’t have my name even after paying in advance with booking, so they had to ask front desk to check and kept me waiting. Parking was in a different hotel building, with no signs leading to this hotel front lobby. If I had paid half the price that I actually paid for this hotel, I would be okay.

It was comfortable and excellent stay.Especially hotel employees were very good ,approachable and kind .overall excellent service .worth staying .

Was for one day and I wanted for check in for one customer almost an hour!

Not the best hotel Premium Suite experience but it was ok since we spend only one night

We really enjoyed our stay. I wish that the pool was a little warmer and I was a little disappointed that we were charged for ice.

Nice hotel and good location close to a shopping mall

Staff always ensured our needs were met. They went above and beyond my expectations. The king bed suite was spacious and had full size fridge/freezer. Close to points of interest.
