The accommodation is clean and quiet. The staff provides excellent service and takes care of every step of the process. If you go on a weekday, there's a high chance of checking in early. There's a bus to Disneyland every 10 minutes, and you can even use the lane designated for hotel guests.

The service was good, but the breakfast was a bit expensive and the food selection wasn't very diverse.

Room is clean and spacious. Plus point is the proximity and frequent free shuttles to & fro Disneyland. All 3 hotels have Disney shop that open till late. The downside is the bus doesn’t go on loop so most of the time we have to alight at Disneyland then board another bus to go to another Disney hotel.

Located near Disney Park, there's a shuttle bus for getting around the hotel and the park, making it very convenient for those who want to go to the park. The room has one king-size bed that comfortably accommodates two adults and one child. We also requested assistance with borrowing an iron, and the staff were very quick to help.

Had a great time here. It's giving hollywood vibes with modern theme hotel. My child enjoyed staying at this hotel. We went there early of Jan'26 and the temperature around 10*c. Swimming closed due to cold temperature but we woluld love to stay here again for our trip next.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel was nice, and everything was fine. You could store your luggage for free, and there was a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and the MTR station every minute, but there wasn't a welcome drink. Everything was fine, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was under renovation when we visited.

I booked this room because my child loves Marvel. I was impressed with how clean and lovely the room was.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the Indonesian staff. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland and a special entrance for Disneyland hotel guests.

It's exactly as advertised. I used it as a place to rest after being tired from going to the park because the weather was hot during our visit and it was during the Chinese National Day. There were a lot of people and it was very hot. The hotel is very cute. The staff are very attentive. I will go back and use the service again.

But there's no amenities if we didn't asked. Itu should be provided imeediately

Playroom had free coloring and some games were free too. Great for kids. Clean and shuttles were timely. Good price too, will definitely stay here again if coming to Disneyland

Kids had fun. Booked 2 rooms with 3 adults and 3 kids. Clean, shuttle was on time. Had playroom, pool, and a lot of greenery which was clean.

The hotel is very comfortable. Spacious room with two double beds. There are Disney programs on TV. For toothbrushes, you pay HKD 40 and can also be purchased as souvenirs. Breakfast at Ink and Plate resto. Although the writing provides a Halal menu, it also provides pork. So be careful when choosing food. Overall satisfied.
