The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. Was easy to check in and out and they have a lovely outdoor seating area next to the bar, will definitely be back 😀

This hotel has exceptional staff who greet their guests with a genuine desire to welcome and support their needs. The breakfast is good. The rooms are comfortable.

What a room. Massive and comfortable. Most unlike a Holiday Inn. The bar and breakfast service were excellent, all staff were really friendly and attentive. I haven't used it before and had really stopped using Holiday Inns because the are too often expensive, dated and poorly run. This is a great exception.

Fabulous time

Property was very cool and okay. They had everything I expected to see in a hotel. My expectations were met and made my stay a memorable one. It inspired me to visit again or any of its brand wherever i travel.

Stayed in a suit - pure luxury. Cannot wait to be back

Good clean hotel

Thank you for a great stay! Lovely Christmas tree decor especially the one by the entrance to the reception. However, the route from our room to the breakfast area was a little unclear and the signs did not seem obvious.

We hadn't been there before, the place was busy due to a large party going on- but you wouldn't have noticed it much in the hotel as the staff were organised and the place seemed to cater for it well. There was a couple of blips with the meal service in the dining area, but these were soon sorted. There was a towel in the room , that although had been laundered, at a high temperature - you could tell from the feel that it had been laundered well - but still had some fake tan stains on it- which as we know can be impossible to remove - so told the staff who apologised and offered to replace all the towels. This wasn't necessary as we were only staying one night. All in all we can't complain, excellent location, hotel and staff exceeded our expectations
