The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, the breakfast very good, and the secure parking facilities were a valuable convenience.

Very comfortable hotel

The property is clean and modern and within walking distance of the historic center. It was also very convenient to have parking just a few feet away as it can be challenging to find a spot in the city. Front desk staff was very welcoming and always ready to help.

This is a very lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Very friendly staff, very welcoming and happy to help. The room was perfect - very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good - a help yourself buffet with a good variety of fresh and tasty food. Nice central location - a very short walk into the centre of Ostuni. All in all, it could not have been better. Would highly recommend.

Short walk to I’ll centro

Nice hotel, slightly out of the old town but only a 10/15 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful especially Maria when booking bus tickets to Alberobello. Breakfast was excellent.

No soup in the room

Impeccably clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bonus, the spa was excellent. Didn’t intend on visiting the spa and booked completely last minute to end up having an exceptional service. Large and varied breakfast spread also better than expected.

Great staff at the reception! The spa is chargeable for hotel guests, which was a little disappointing and the only reason to not give 5*. Good breakfast selection.

Great hotel. Fab location. Staff were all extremely helpful and happy. Nice room and balcony. Powerful shower. Decent breakfast. Free parking in hotel’s own car park.
