Very clean rooms, friendly staff, I was quite satisfied with the service of the hotel.

The hotel was very flexible and gave me early check-in (because the family had a small baby). Enthusiastic service, clean, full room, delicious breakfast. Near the hotel with a night market can walk out to buy things. There is only a small suggestion to the hotel that the swimming pool needs a lot of swimming pools with different sizes because in the peak season there are many visitors coming and using the hotel swimming pool. Or the hotel should have supplies to pump the buoy of the guests to bring, to avoid the situation of customers without buoys to use, very inconvenient and unsafe

Room is not soundproofed well, slightly disappointed.

The hotel is convenient for traveling around Halong. Good service, 4 star standard.

Central commune location. The hotel gives guests smoking, a hallway full of smelly medicine. There is no bus to the beach, the beach is 4 km away.

My family had a very happy and happy holiday at Royal Lotus. The hotel is very clean, luxurious facilities, room design is very reasonable. Very lucky I was upgraded to a room without spending extra, friendly, open staff. All my family have a good impression of Royal Lotus. Thank you Royal lotus!
