Parking is a bummer in Harlem, so I will not leave that as review! Aloft is amazing! Great staff! Great rooms.

The heating/air conditioning unit made a loud noise all night - I couldn’t sleep; the safe was broken; the tv didn’t work. The young lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful.

The hotel was dirty with dust and dirt in the crevices of the bathroom floor and shower. The coffee maker had grime all in the water reservoir. I had a few zoom meetings I had to take in the room and there was a dog that barked all day long and someone screaming on their phone. Overall, the pictures on the website make it appear nice and I generally have good experiences with Aloft but stay away from this hotel. It’s dirty, old, and not ideal for people who need peace and quiet.

Very nice a little gem in Harlem

Lovely front desk staff, wonderful Saturday event full of fun. The only downside was the extreme price for drinks…$19.50 for one!

My husband and I drove in from out of town for a funeral. The stay at Aloft Harlem was easy; the staff was welcoming and all my needs were met. This took one major stress out of a stressful weekend. Thank you.

Reception was not good. There was blankets in room and we called for an hour and no one picked up. The room was really cold and uncomfortable and no one picked up the phone to assist. We slept uncomfortably in the cold.

Room was nice enough, but needed a little TLC (safe didn't work. shower door handle loose, etc.). Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

Property was excellent!

The check in was great. The room was clean but the bathroom had rust n mold in the corner of the wall and around the shower mob and the shower head was dirty. The rest of the rooms was just fine.

The location is close to a lot of shops , restaurant, Apolo theater and columbia university, i stayed at the Aloft before this time the cleanness of the room was ok , garbage left in the can , fridge need more attention, dust was on the wall on top of tv . But the check in was quick , quiet room , staff were super friendly

I would have given ALOFT 5stars across the board, except upon arrival your outdoor elevator to the hotel that’s downstairs was out of service I had to navigate downstairs in the sleeting rain and snow with my luggage nearly falling. I know the staff had to see me your cameras are everywhere, I could have fallen and hurt myself, that is my only complaint I have stayed at your other properties with no problems or complaint once in the building everyone and accommodations were great.

It was a cute, comfy, and convenient place to stay!

No service at bar lounge, understaffed. Make sure you bring combs, toothpaste etc. they don’t supply much but towels and shower supplies. Not much happening in this hotel. Very much a place to be in/out

Good location. The attention to detail is not so great as with other Aloft hotels Ive stayed. It needs a more attention to the infrastructure.

They have a very nice staff and had answers to all of m qeustions
