The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts was lovely with lots of choice. Really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was very nice with good choices for hot and cold, nice fresh fruit and pastries, cheese and yogurt. Staff were very friendly, always greeted with a smile and genuine interest in how your holiday was going. Plunge pool was lovely, even in April for a refreshing dip. Room with balcony was nice to look over the harbour. Close to many restaurants cafes and bars and easy to walk to all the sites.

Great stay really helpful staff

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Feliz. Everything was great from checking on to checking out. Great room with two terraces. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Helping out with information about the town and making a recommendation on a car rental company. Thank you everyone at Hotel Feliz!! Excellent job and I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Palma.

We checked in slightly early - the lady at reception was very friendly - we were offered a glass of cava (I am pregnant, so was offered any soft drink) which was a lovely surprise. We had a great view from our room - which was lovely and spacious. We were really impressed with the room and the attention to detail. We had an issue with the safe, which was resolved straight away. Breakfast was included for us, which was fresh and a good selection. Really impressed and pleasantly surprised!

Very welcoming and friendly staff Lovely clean hotel and facilities

The hotel is small but the room in the terrace was very nice. Very clean rooms and the staff was very attentive. It was a short taxi ride to most attractions. Parking in front of hotel was a paying parking, but a lot easier to park that around - as there were no free sports. Would recommend for Palma!
