The staff was super friendly, you can hear some music from the street but they gift you a pair of ear plugs for the noise, something I didn't like was the lack of coffee and an iron.

Too noisy an area. Room was very clean, but small.

Cute and affordable hotel. The staff was exceptional! A bit noisy for older people who need to sleep down by Pink Street. But it also added to the charm when hearing and seeing the young ones have fun as we were young once.

Very charming hotel close to restaurants, bars, the Oceanside and a Metro stop. Hotels is historic, but has been restored to contemporary standards, very comfortable. One note: It is in the entertainment district so expect street noise.

This place is fantastic! It is beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and the area is great. The room is not big, but the decoration is so elegant, the bathroom is modern, and the shower is wonderful. We loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very nice property, the rooms are on the small side and depending on which side you land it might be a bit noisy. The refurbishment is great, and the room quite comfortable, the service was really good.

Very loud hotel. The famous pink street is right behind it. The bars close at 6:00 am. We loved being right in the action. If you like quiet don’t book this one. It’s loud all night until morning. Top notch rated 20 in Lisbon the sushi restaurant attached to hotel. Amazing service and food. Highly recommend.

Really liked this hotel! Was located in a very walkable area near bars restaurants and tourist areas. Room was nice and modern. Restaurant for breakfast was very nice! Only issue was we were on second floor. They provided ear plugs on the night stand. Woke up during the night and you could hear faint music from a bar nearby?

Two items left in the room were not there when I called hotel to retrieve. A yellow charging cord and a blue cashmere shawl (urgently needed for my trip). So disappointing. Other than that it really was a lovely stay.

Overall it was very nice. But We didn’t appreciate the step up into the bathroom. It felt like you’re on a ship and had to step over a trip hazard to get into and out of the bathroom. We had to leave a flash light by it at night so we wouldn’t trip in the middle of the night. Breakfast Buffet was minimalist and had to make your own coffee. Was disappointed with that.

Pro: We enjoyed our stay. The location was close to some popular attractions. The hotel was quaint and the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Cons: I gave it 4 stars because the bathroom was small and there was an odd entrance. You’d have to step over a 4” partial wall, and if not careful to look for it, well, I tripped over it and hurt my wrist. I mentioned it to the hotel staff but not much was said about my injury. The shower didn’t enclose on one end so the water would overflow and flood the floor, which was annoying.

The hotel was exactly what we'd hoped for. It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facility in the room.

Great location and very cute property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Difficult to tell in the photos, but a surprise on arrival was that the bathroom did not have a wall, rather frosted glass, so made for an interesting adjustment. Being right above (quite literally) Pink Street, was a surprise, but, despite the lively bar scene, we were not disturbed by the music and events happening very nearby.

Greatly enjoyed my stay. In particular, staff was professional, well, trained & responsive. The property is located in tourist-central, which can be + an and a -. A couple of things: hotel has no parking. There is a lot a few blocks away, but it would help if the Hotel put directions & address on website. Ubers are easy to get, but you have to be prepared to get your bags out of the car quickly -there is no pull off My first night I was on 1st floor on the side of the hotel overlooking pink Street. It was a small room, but well appointed with pretty much everything you need (there are no USB so you need your charger/adapter). If you are a light sleeper (I sleep with a CPAP so sleeping is difficult for me under any circumstances) you definitely do not want a room on a low floor on that side. On Tuesday night arrival for 3 night stay, the vibration of music from below goes on past 6 AM. Although beds was comfortable, linens, nice, etc, I got little sleep. One set of friends had a room on 3rd floor and did not have same issue (plus it was much bigger for essentially the same $) I went to the front desk in the morning. They were exceedingly accommodating and moved me to a room on the fifth floor that is like an artist’s attic garrett (LOVED it) was perfect for me. Just had coffee from nice breakfast staff which was free, but make sure if you’re just having coffee they don’t charge it to your room. Overall, I was very happy
