Lovely room Modern bathroom, great shower Super breakfast

Room was lovely, clean. Dinner was slightly disappointing. I expect pork belly bites to come with a crunch but they were chewy and the sauce wasn't great. Burger was over sauced for me, bun split and was mush. breakfast was lovely. Enough selection for me. staff were all nice and polite.

Great hotel, loads of snow in Aberdeen during the stay, schools, college's and University's all closed, villages cut off but the staff at the Palm Court struggled through regardless of low food supplies due to cancelled food deliveries. Room warm and spotless.

Great venue for our stay in Aberdeen! Room was beautiful, clean and spacious, same for the bathroom. The restaurant was wonderful, everything we ate, both breakfast and dinners were delicious. The staff was helpful, warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Linda at the front desk for her wonderful energy, all her help and advices! We would definitely go back!

Comfy, clean , well equipped bedroom and bathroom. Food from dining room was very good and all staff very friendly

Staff were fabulous, room spotless, breakfast was amazing, only slight hiccup was I specifically phoned the hotel after making the booking to ensure I wanted a twin room as was with my daughter, I was told this was added to the notes etc so was pretty disappointed to see a double bed!! Luckily there was a spare twin room available which we were able to swap to, other than that everything was excellent.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. Beautiful walk-in shower, very accessible for disabled visitors. Would benefit from hand rail in shower. Food in restaurant excellent and plenty of free parking at hotel.

Very nice room, big bed. Only issue was very low water pressure on the Sunday morning.

Hotel was lovely. It was just unlucky that there seemed to be a couple of functions on. It would have been good to know as we could've have booked the restaurant beforehand or made other arrangements. It was also very noisy. Very loud disco music below us. Not great when your daughter has an exam to sit the next morning. The staff were lovely, no faults there.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our road trip. The hotel is in a residential area outside of the city centre but suited us perfectly. Parking was free which is a bonus these days. We received a warm welcome and were offered a quiet room at the end of a corridor as requested. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We ate at the hotel and the food was tasty. All in all a lovely stay. They were busy as it is a popular hotel for weddings, but it did not spoil our stay,
