Breakfast was amazing, lovely and clean b&b very friendly staff, Room was very clean and modern, situated very close to all amenities, would definitely go back had a lovely break

Property was in a quiet area 10 minute walk from the station, beach and shops. Excellent choices for breakfast and clean modern room's. Will definitely use again when i visit Torquay.

My dad and I had travelled down for a family funeral, so very much appreciated how lovely Sandpiper and the owners were.The entire experience of staying at Sandpiper was excellent. Seemless check in. Clean bedrooms. Breakfast was delicious and well organsied. The owners were so friendly. It was like staying at a friends house. I would 100% recommend staying there and I would definitely stay again. I particularly liked the honesty bar. There was plenty to chose from, whenever you fancied something, prices were good. Checkout was also seemless and both owners came to see us off and asked us how our stay was. You can tell how much love has gone into this guest house. Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful stay at the Sandpiper. From the moment of arrival it was the perfect guest house experience. I felt welcome and "at home". My room was lovely, and comfortable, and the breakfast room and lounge were also great. And the quality of the breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Torquay! Thanks so much for a lovely time.

Brilliant stay, lovely room where kids had there own part within the family room with proper beds, lovely breakfast made to order, friendly staff and we could come and go as we pleased.

This is a lovely guest house and the hosts are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their interior design is very nice and all the rooms were well decorated.

Upon arrival warm and friendly greeting, reception has an honesty bar with alcoholic drinks,water,soft drinks, chocolate, crisps, nibbles etc. once booked in shown to room with room facilities explained.Room very clean and tidy, en suite with toilet, sink and shower. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, sweeteners, hot chocolate and biscuits on tray all refreshed daily, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi and TV in room. Breakfast is pre ordered with a good range of options well cooked/prepared and presented. Choice of breakfast at 08:30 or 09:00 plenty of tea and coffee available. The building is well presented we were in room six had three plain walls and a feature wall which had birds of paradise flowers in the pattern, this was picked up by two artificial bird of paradise plants placed on a wall picking up the pattern of the feature wall (shows thought gone into decoration), each room is decorated in a different style. Main staircase to bedrooms was immaculate, there was a bar on the lower level but we did not use this, car parking on site for about six vehicles. The hosts could not have been any more polite nor attentive and clearly enjoy what they are doing and have achieved. Would definitely return again

Amazing stay from start to finish. We had a family room which was a great size. On our first night we enjoyed a drink from the bar whilst we sat in the garden and the kids were entertained by Denise. 😍 Hospitality was amazing. Breakfast was great. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we would definetly return and would highly recommend.

Recently stayed 5 nights at the Sandpiper Guest House. We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the cleanliness and overall general standard of the premises. Debbie and Denise are wonderful hosts and their warmth and friendliness greatly contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Can't wait to return!
