It’s ok very tiny room and bathroom

Not far from the airport but not an easy check-in process.

The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. Went back downstairs and complained to another worker who gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, but we were unable to do it. He came upstairs and said one of us should put our hands in the sink “filled with dirty water” to unplug the sink. I then asked him to do it instead of asking us to do it, and he said it was unsanitary. I then said well if its unsanitary why are you asking us to do it. Anyway maintenance came and fixed it. The maintenance worker was pleasant and engaging. I paid for a party of three but only got two bath towels, another story but at the end we got the towel. Breakfast was included which I wasn’t aware of. I am not a breakfast person but the breakfast was buffet style and it was amazing. The restaurant staff were pleasant and attentive. Will I stay there again, probably yes!

We stayed one night and chose the property because it was close to the airport. The staff was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 047. I did not like the "shower". You have to hold the handpiece in your hand the whole time and the tiles on the floor of the shower is extremely slippery.

Super convenient to JNB with free shuttle from the airport. Great variety of dining options in adjacent casino facility. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms.

I think the smoking places/rooms are very close.

We had an issue with getting locked from our room that took 3 hours to resolve

Dont get me wrong this hotel is not the worst I have stayed at, but I have stayed in many that are 3 times cheaper which are better, cleaner have better brekfast doors that do not slam shut all night, cleaners that do not try to enter the room at 9 am on a Sunday and have breakfast sauces, such as tomato or brown sauce. The room was generally clean and I only found one beatle crawling along the floor. The line in the morning for brekfast was about 10 to 15minutes. Then there was rhe line for the omlet or fried egg. The toast took around 4passes through the toaster to get even a light brown. Most bread ws dry and the chocolate croissant could have been used to break windows. This was the case most days not just on sunday.

There is no customer service, there is no house keeping and the staff at reception are the worst i have ever come across Very poor hotel, staff is not helpful at all.

Close to airport. Security everywhere in and outside of the area.

Casino on property, but a little bit of a walk. Free shuttle service to and from airport. All the basics.

Great value: near airport, secure, quiet, updated decor. Most amazing, sumptuous breakfast is included!! Outdoor eating area at breakfast is delightful. Free airport shuttle (at ‘bus depot’. Don’t look for ‘shuttle depot’ as they instructed). Avoid ‘helpers’ at airport who want to escort you and then demand a tip.

Perfectly acceptable for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.
