Staff is helpful, the location is perfect near everywhere. Pleasant room

We arrived at about 11am and asked if we can leave our luggage but we were told “you can already check in as your room’s already clean and ready.” Ah, what sweet words! And what’s more, “We updated your room to family because we don’t anymore have the rooms you booked. We hope it’s okay?” More than okay! It was a splendidly pleasant 3N2D stay. Breakfast’s coffee, tea, milk, eggs, toasts with butter or jam. The room’s not only designed for comfort but space was fully maximized with enough walk and work spaces. Room has everything we need, properly cleaned and stocks (coffee and water bottles) replenished every day. And the full bath was awesomely amazing. Location though is not along the main road but the street sign (Saemil-daero 26-gil) and the big hotel sign board’s (Hotel Biz) recognizable enough. 3-5 minutes from Exit 3 of Jongro-3(sam)-ga (dark blue line) Station. A quick easy walking adventure to the famed alleyways of Insadong were arts and food connect. Will definitely book again, soonest hopefully.
